It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Charming studio apartment in a small quite village Bunica just 200 m from the sea, there is a little way under the main street to the beaches. Town Senj is 4 km away. Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is nice for two persons (without any other persons). It is located 50m above the main road near the sea, in lavender garden. Close to our home (by foot or by car) there are three little beaches (500m in 10min by foot). By the beaches are free parking places. We can communicate in english and german. The price includes all costs for 2 persons (water, electricity, gas, private parking, air conditioner, wi-fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.

Veranda - Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
