Ovaj je apartman toliko lijepo, smisleno i pametno uređen da sam se ja stvarno, stvarno osjećala kao doma. Sve je identično kao na slikama, dostupno je parking mjesto u garaži, siguran kvart, miran kvart, stari grad je na pješačkoj udaljenosti (15ak min), krevet je ekstra udoban, namještaj je nov i totalno po mjeri. Ima sve što vam treba, kuhinjske aparate, perilice, klime, 2 tv-a, funkcionalan frižider. Uz to sve, stan izgleda top i čak malo imate osjećaj da ste u jednoj od ikea izložbenih prostorija koliko je smisleno i lijepo uređen. Preporuke za ovaj stan i Nikolu kao domaćina, ja sam oduševljena.

Wow! Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt bei Vesna. Solche herzlichen und freundlichen Menschen trifft man nicht oft. Die Unterkunft war für mich perfekt. Man kann ruhig in den Morgen starten mit Blick auf das Meer und von Bininje sind es nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Zadar. Wenn man kein Auto hat, kann man sich auch per Bolt/Uber sehr günstig fahren lassen. Vesna war immer erreichbar und hat einen sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Ich habe den Aufenthalt geliebt. Es ist ein Supermarkt (Spar) 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Auch tolle Restaurants und einen Strand gibt es nicht weit von hier. Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, ich würde es tun!Ich komme auf jeden Fall mal wieder hierher. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay this is your place. Easy check-in and the apartment was immaculate. The bus stop is right outside the attic you need it. The schedule is tricky, but it brings you right into town. There is a small market around the corner for any last minute items. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Zadar!

Tout était parfait! Roko et Tereza étaient très attentifs. Le site était très très bien avec la cours intérieure et la belle piscine.

We had a fabulous stay here. A huge thanks to Kruno the host who was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is incredible! It’s been done to a very high standard, like staying in a 5* hotel! Great kitchen and a lovely balcony. The location is perfect for a short walk into the old town and a short drive to so many beaches and other interesting places. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Heel mooi comfortabel appartement in een doodlopende straat. Goede bedden en comfortabele zetel. Lakens en handdoeken geurden heerlijk. Wel een aandachtspunt om de oven en diepvries te reinigen. Ruime parking. Mateo is steeds bereikbaar via berichten en reageert snel. Wel dient er rekening mee gehouden worden dat men nog volop aan het bouwen is in de omgeving en dat je elke morgen voor 7u gewekt wordt door geklop. Wij zijn ook 2 nachten wakker gehouden door muziek.

Die Wohnung war wirklich hervorragend und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden – von der Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien bis hin zu einem gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Die Betten waren bequem, und die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Pool – perfekt für eine Erfrischung nach einem langen Tag. Die Lage war ebenfalls sehr praktisch, mit Geschäften und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nähe. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber für die großartige Kommunikation und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

What a great place to stay. We needed a place to chill after exploring and this was PERFECT. We sat in the garden, we ate at the Italian restaurant 3 min away on foot, we drove to Old Town and heard the Sea Organ, climbed the tower abd shopped! The 1st time one arrives, it is challenging to drive in because the street is very, very narrow.

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Staying at Andreja’s place was an absolute delight! She is truly an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, Andreja provided us with wonderful recommendations for local activities and dining, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every detail of the space, making it both comfortable and stylish. What truly set this stay apart was the incredible welcome package that Andreja provided. I highly recommend staying at Andreja’s place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Parfait ! Logement propre et bien équipé. Un gros plus pour la climatisation c’est top. Les hôtes sont très accueillantes et au petit soin. Elles sont très réactives par messages. Parfait pour un séjour en solo, tout ce qu’il faut était présent. Un gros plus : stationnement gratuit à 50m de l’appartement si vous avez loué une voiture. Je recommande à 100%, merci !

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Kale. The place where we stayed was great – nice and clean, with spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view. The small town is within walking distance, but we rented a car to explore other parts of the island. Luckily, there was a parking spot right outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay :) Also, there’s a big shop just across the street, which was very convenient.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Apartment. Es ist fußläufig von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat mehrere Supermärkte und die Galeria in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, er antwortet schnell und ist herzlich. Das Apartment ist klein aber voll ausgestattet, dort wurde wirklich das Beste aus dem vorhandenen Platz gemacht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist vielleicht dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt. Wir werden definitiv versuchen bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Zadar wieder in den Apartment unterzukommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ❤️

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stets für uns erreichbar. Der Whirlpool war bei Anreise bereits vorgeheizt. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Zudem wurde von den Vermietern ein Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft angeboten. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön! Das Apartment mit der Dachterasse war atemberaubend und alles war modern und sauber. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch freundlich empfangen und war auch sehr hilfsbereit! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! :)
