Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Nika was an amazing host! The place was just as described and our group was very comfortable. Nika went above and beyond in being a great host (e.g. our kids were feeling a bit hot in the home and Nika had 2 new fans sent in a couple hours). She was also very kind, helpful and extremely responsive! The location of the home was also great - we were at a 5 mins driving distance from the happening spots. Highly recommend!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

What a sweet family. They'll leave you totally alone unless you need them, and they'll be there for you right away. The view of the sea in beautiful. Its sunsets are phenomenal. The garden is full of different fruits. Who the owner lovingly gives to you. We'd love to come back again.

We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! ivana's house is very pretty, it is decorated with great taste! the old town is 25mn walk. We spent 2 nights and we really liked the area for its calm, especially the sea view directly from the terrace. We would highly recommend it.

The best accommodation in Zadar, with incredible views of the old town and plenty of places to eat just a few minutes' walk away. Gordan's service was excellent. I highly recommend this great accommodation. We will definitely be back!

2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. Direct private access to the sea with deckchair. Beautiful view. Beautiful discovery. Toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

We really enjoyed our stay here.Very sweet and clean apartment, perfect for two people and an amazing pool. Martina responded quickly, gave great tips for good local restaurants and was very flexible in our arrival and departure. Her and Boris were both very friendly and great hosts. Thank you!

Thankyou Ana for the stay in your lovely apartment in Bibinje. We cannot recommend this host and place more. Very kind and helpful and the location it literally on the doorstep of the harbour and beach, shops and bars. Very reasonable and easy to get to Zadar by taxi or bus. But there’s also everything you need here. Clean apartment, a good size and a lovely little pool with your own private sitting space. We are already looking forward to coming back soon. A first class host! 👌

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Ante was a great host. The place was extremely clean and tidy. We were greeted with a plate of cold cuts and homemade schnapps. He also gave us tips on what to do nearby. What we really liked was the private location without direct neighbors. We can only recommend Ante and the place.

It was an unforgettable holiday in Villa Sebenico. Our expectations were surpassed. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. All in all a wonderful holiday. I'm sure we'll be back :)
