Tiny house on the outskirts of Berlin

A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake... and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself... so everything is made with love... but every now and then something crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself. If guests are there, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the go... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are at the door... for city trips I can offer professional dog care... (had a dog boarding house before).

The detached holiday home (approx. 70 square meters) with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, a large terrace and private garden is located in an idyllic, quiet forest edge location in Schulzendorf and is the ideal starting point for activities in Berlin and Brandenburg (e.g. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). In summer, the swimming lawn at Lake Zeuthen and the outdoor pool at Lake Miersdorf invite you to swim. Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

Experience unforgettable moments in this quiet and family-friendly accommodation. The modern house and the sunny terrace invite you to linger. The lido by the lake - a dream for children. Supermarkets are within easy reach. Car parks, bicycles and a canoe are available. Exploring the surrounding area or trips to Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding countryside are easy from here. Former artists' house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden was built in the early 1930s (URL HIDDEN) and is almost in its original condition and radiates a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are simple and personal. Within walking distance of the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve, the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

We rent a small vacation home that is in our backyard. It's ideal for a family with 2 kids. There is a trampoline in the garden, a swimming area is only a few steps away and a large forest area as well. The house offers a living-sleeping area with a pull-out day bed and a staircase that leads to the mattress storage (the hit with children!!!). A bathroom with shower is also available. Welcome to our apartment Mr. Gray on Lake Zeuthen Our apartment with direct access to the water is ideal for 4 people. The idyllic, very quiet location is ideal for fully recharging your own energy storage. The large garden with about 1200 m² invites you to relax and play. Access to the water, which invites you to ice swim in winter as well as swim in summer, is accessible via a ladder on the jetty.
