what a BEAUTIFUL place with all the amenities and more. They really focused on comfort for all. cozy couch, fireplace, beds were soooooo comfortable along with comfortable pillow and 2 satin piowcases. Bathroom was fabulous. Towel warmer, ear plugs, tooth brushes. you name it, they had it. They even had umbrella hats for the hot tub, if raining. Hot tub was unbelievable. This place feels like a spa package. The hosts were unbelievable. Very tentative.

1. Favorite: The beds were super comfy… u will get a great night sleep any of the 4 beds that are here… we all loved it. The beds were amazing.. High-lights: 2. Good time snowmobiling and ice fishing on the lake. 3. Relaxing in the hot tub at 10pm, 20° outside with many stars in the sky…

We had a great time at the house! So peaceful, relaxing, beautiful. You can tell the owner uses the property as well because all details were given extra thought and attention. Within 15 min to great golfing and restaurants. Caught several fish off of the private dock and had fun exploring the lake on the kayaks. Enjoyed warming up by the fire pit and in the hot tub. Definitely recommend!

Great place for a group to stay! Plenty of room and an awesome spot on the lake! Lots to do at the cabin, but also plenty to do in the area. Nathan was very helpful and the whole weekend was a breeze. Would recommend!

We loved our time at Border Point Lodge! The cabin is spectacular and has everything you could possibly want or need. The setting is picturesque - the lake is so peaceful! It was such a great place to relax, spend quality time together as family and make memories. Evan and Annie are amazing hosts! Typically, at the end of our family vacations, we are usually ready to get back home. That was not the case on this trip, none of us wanted to leave. We hope to return again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place to stay!

This place was AMAZING! It was just like the photos, in addition had SO MANY AMENITIES! I was shocked to see the kitchen full of gadgets and lots of dishes. We’ve had so many people reach out to ask where we stayed because it was PERFECT.

Overall a nice place, very clean and no major issues. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pots and pans. Linens were clean and even had a few extra blankets. Only 4 sets of towels but seeing you had laundry, this wasn't an issue. Finishes are builder basic, maybe a little better but work just fine for a cabin stay. Just know if you are staying in this clubhouse area, other guests have access to the building/common areas which are only separated by a basic glass interior door with a blind. The exercise room/common space shares a wall with the master bedroom so you can hear people coming and going to the hot tub/sauna. Not as private as you might like but if you know that going in or rent both cabins, not a huge deal. Neighborhood was quiet and only a 4 min drive to downtown Nisswa. Check out responsibilities are minimal and easy to follow with the provided guide. Overall it was a nice stay and Chad was very responsive. Wouldn't hesitate renting from Chad again. Thanks!

Great location yet feels out of the city with a great backyard and view of the water with dock

A hidden gem! Goodrich lake is a peaceful spot. The cabin is only a few steps away from the lake providing a wonderful view.

Such an incredibly peaceful stay! We loved the snowy views and lounging by the fireplace. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bit of quiet and relaxation. Comfortable bed, amazing tub and sparkling clean when we arrived. Very responsive and helpful hosts that provided us with tons of recommendations of places to eat and grab a good cup of coffee. We would definitely stay again with our little pup!

Maribeth and Paul were very helpful and always responsive to our requests. The cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. They even had a small fishing boat available for a small fee. The most amazing part of the stay was the beautiful lake right outside our window. We will be back!

The cottage is very cozy and comfortable woth amazing views of the lake. Everything we needed was available to us and Erin and Sreve were qinderful hosts and neighbors' very nice, great communication, thoughtful. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. The place is beautiful and we couldnt have asked for more.

We had a great time in your relaxing cabin on the lake, beautiful morning walks and evenings were so relaxing after a long day of stopping at most of the antique and thrifts shops around. The cabin was equipped with fun board games to play with the kids and we had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Thank again so much for hosting such a beautiful place and environment, it was a great trip!

We had a great time at Hilltop Chalet. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It’s a great alternative to staying in the resort yet close enough to enjoy the resort experience. We’re booking ahead for next summer because this is a hidden gem that people are finding out about. Don’t miss out!

"Cozy" cabin, indeed! We stayed here with another couple over the Memorial Day weekend. It was perfect for the four of us. The cabin is very comfortable. We had a bonfire every night, played with their yard games, and relaxed on the patio. The area is perfect. Great restaurants and a few breweries within a short drive. Highly recommend Roundhouse Brewing in Nisswa and the mini-golf in Jenkins. Hope to stay here again sometime!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Greg’s place. The place was exactly as listed with a few bonuses once we got there. Greg was great to work with and make sure we had everything we needed. We had gone out to get supper and he let us know that there might be an issue with the keypad once we got back, but he already had a solution and was super quick to solve the problem! We would highly recommend staying here and will be back when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the screened in porch more!

Little Blue is extremely well taken of - with manicured lawns, beautiful patio with grill and fire pit and a nice sandy beach. It’s a great place to unplug - no TV - peaceful and calm, surrounded by nature’s sound . Doug and Janene are kind and generous, great communicators and flexible. They make you feel welcome and even have a little gift in store for their guests - a mug to remember Little Blue with every sip of coffee.

Met family in Nisswa and stayed at Dion’s which was perfect! Kids loved fishing from the dock and playing on the beach. Close to town and all the little shops. Very clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a great time staying at the cabin! Excellent place for children with easy access to the lake! Our family throughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again!

Honestly, I would have paid more to stay here. My wife, kids, and I had a wonderful time. Right on a beautiful lake with an incredibly peaceful environment! The steam sauna by itself would bring me back, but on top of the incredible view and inviting atmosphere, it will be a mainstay for family trips to MN. The inside of the home was practically flawless. We entertained a few friends in the area and had a movie night and bonfire, and they were obsessed. Kurt was extremely helpful, and everything was just as advertised (himself included).Made for a great vacation - highly recommend staying.
