Our accommodation is considered smoke-free, so smoking is totally forbidden in the apartment and in the common areas. Your failure will involve taking action on the matter. Due to the new regulations required by the Spanish Ministry of Interior for the documentary registration of travelers at check-in, we are required to provide the following details of each of the guests over 14 years of age who visit us: - first and last name - sex - identity card number - type of document (ID card, passport...) - nationality - date of birth - place of habitual residence (full address, city, country) - e-mail - total number of travelers - Family relationship between the travelers (if there are minors) - contract transaction details + contract reference number + date and signature + check-in and check-out date and time + payment details: type (cash, card...), card type, IBAN, payment method holder, card expiration date and payment date. A landline and cell phone are also required, as well as the type of card and its number.

Apartment Fantastic: Sun, Beach, Wind&Dive

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Also check out "APARTAMENTO FANTÁSTICO 2" !!! Very comfortable, quick journeys. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Casa Mamasica. It's a cozy and beautiful house. It has all the amenities. A spectacular terrace overlooking a landscaped park. But above all, Casa Mamasica stands out for its tranquility. It is just 8 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the island's emblematic sites. To the north, we find the kilometer-long Las Canteras beach and to the south, the impressive Maspalomas Dunes. And just 5 minutes away from the cave restaurants in the Barranco de Guayadeque.

La Señorita is located in a prime location within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)
