A haven of peace nestled between the lake and the mountains, our 170 m² family villa is situated in Doussard, at the southern end of Lake Annecy, in a peaceful and idyllic setting. Designed to accommodate 8 guests, it offers all the comforts you need to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, whether swimming, hiking or simply relaxing with views of the mountains. It features a partially enclosed, landscaped plot with a heated pool (May to Sept) & SPA overlooking the mountains.

This independent and atypical accommodation will offer you a pleasant setting between lake and mountain for a quiet and relaxing stay. It is a cozy renovated apartment in an old farmhouse located on the edge of the Bornes plateau. From the cottage: walking (accessible to the whole family), cycling. There's plenty to do! Our house is located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park at an altitude of 1000 m. Former 19th century farmhouse, it was successively a summer camp, a gîte and then a family home. We renovated it with quality natural materials. The 230 m2 house is intended for lovers of old stones but also Art and Design in search of a comfortable haven of peace to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, 1 hour from Geneva and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon.

My accommodation is on the southern flank of Salève, 930 meters above sea level, between Annecy (25 km) and Geneva (25 km). 5-minute drive to all the shops in Cruseilles. You'll love my place for its calm and environment, close to nature, with exceptional views of the Alps and Mont Blanc. My place is good for couples or families (with kids), to rest or play sports (hiking, mountain biking, swimming, tree climbing), in summer and winter.
