Monthly Rentals in Crystal City, Arlington

The location for this is absolutely perfect!! A very short walk to everything, including the metro, which will take you wherever you need to go all over DC. The underground parking pass that is included is fantastic, as parking is extremely limited in the DC area. The parking garage is under the apartment complex, and is very secure. Once we parked, we did not have to drive our vehicle again until we left because we were able to walk everywhere and use the metro, which is just a couple of minutes away by walking. Our teenage boys loved the pool on the rooftop. The view from the balcony is fantastic! You can see the Washington monument as well as the Pentagon. The apartment was incredibly clean. The couple of times we reached out to John for a few questions, he was extremely prompt and answered our questions completely. We had zero issues staying here and would absolutely stay here again, as well as recommended it to friends/family who might travel to the DC area

We loved the apartment. It was perfect for our DC experience. It’s about a mile to the Metro, a Lyft/Uber was always around the corner, 10-15 minutes to the National Mall, depending on traffic, but the area is very quiet and peaceful at the same time. The park across the street is lovely. There was always plenty of parking. Alexandria and Mount Vernon are also a quick drive from the apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and impeccable! I had one question the night we arrived and the response was immediate and helpful. We will look for this place again next time we visit DC. Thanks for helping make our vacation special.

This location was very good as it was maybe 700 steps to the metro and the area was clean and safe. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as a major shopping Mall. Costco just across the street. Was a perfect place for a couple celebrating 50 years of marriage. Also very close to Reagan National Airport.

This is a great place to stay quick to anywhere you need to go in the DMV. Some mentioned parking was tight, not the case with us. Ample parking available, perhaps others didn’t read the map properly. The GYM IS GORGEOUS!! You can tell it is a high end apartment building. Pet friendly. Cute space and perfect size for 2 possibly 3 if they allow. Clean instructions, prompt communication. Space was clean and THE best check out. Literally turn everything off take a pic of leaving the parking pass and key in box you are done. You don’t even have to put out the trash or strip the bed. Probably why higher than average cleaning fee but seriously worth it in the check out process. W/D in unit with laundry soap, outdoor pool, walkable to some quick places and even a mini (high priced) grocery in the basement with dry cleaner. Plenty of tv apps to watch all free and cued up. If/when available I’d stay again.
