In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

The Rose Tree House is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Written Stone Natúrpark, accessible by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where there is a green area, a garden barbecue, and a playground. The building has a panoramic terrace with a great view of the Transdanubia and Kőszegi Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining room (with a fireplace) and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a bedroom gallery upstairs.

The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are far enough away. Our vacation home isn't a direct waterfront, but across the road is the controlled Danube. Local tourism tax is payable separately at the rate of 300 HUF/person/night.
