Excellent place to stay with family and/or friends, very quiet and private to spend a quality time, always very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Jonathan was always attentive and responded to my thousands of messages! Super helpful and friendly! The place was perfect for us! It's ideal for large groups.

It is a very nice house. My friends, two dogs and I spent a long weekend at the house and had an amazing time. The views are beautiful, the only thing is that there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms and that's always appreciated so you don't have to carry it, so don't forget to bring it. On the other hand, it has everything you need to cook, just make sure you bring the necessary groceries as there are small stores nearby but they close early and if you forgot something you will have to go a little further.

It is a very comfortable house to spend as a family within the Lomas de Cocoyoc fractionation, all the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are glued to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable, the area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the fractionation, I would definitely stay again.

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a good-sized one-story house. Next time we go to Ticumán, we plan to stay here again.

Excellent option to go in a group, the place has good distribution, comfortable rooms, bathrooms, and sufficient amenities to have a pleasant time, feel comfortable and live super well, I definitely recommend it and I will return in the future

We were happy!! The hosts' service was excellent, they had a super nice touch, the pool and garden were the best! The gardener is super attentive, I give him a 10. Everything seemed nice to me, the house is super nice, everything is a 100!!!

For those of us who want to be close to nature this place is a paradise. It's amazing verl to the wild and how they relate to each other. In addition to lots of flora and fauna surrounding the place. The house is very nice and comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and environmentally friendly stay. Fernanda told us everything about the place and the great effort that has been made and is done to mentenerlo. Always warm and helpful, there was a lot of empathy and we made friends right away. The house is beautiful! The photos don't do it justice, my family and I were delighted and we definitely want to come back. The land is huge, inside Ismael and his wife lives that were always due to us (in case we had any orders from the store) the attention from Raul and they were always friendly and their response was always immediate. It is true that it requires a bit of maintenance but they are small, nothing that would keep us from enjoying or resting. The amazing grill area, the amazing court, the amazing pool, the amazing spaces! If we have the opportunity to visit again, we won't miss it!

As favorable points, I highlight the friendliness and attention of the host, as well as the cleanliness and location of the house, which is very close to the walking center. As points of improvement: the pool does not have a boiler and the water was too cold; they do not leave the pool filter on and if the water gets cloudy, you have to call the host to take the filter; there is only one bathroom inside the house and the toilet tank took a long time to fill; the lounge chairs sink, without super uncomfortable.

the house is excellent, very nice , the industrial style combines very well with the environment, simple but elegant , the location is very good , quite close to the center of Tepoz, Teresa always attentive to everything and very attentive, I liked that there are delivery people like "Uber Eats" and take you from everything to the home, privacy and calm in the place is excellent to relax and clear of the city, in short, Highly recommended

If you go with your whole family, it's the right place since it has many beds, 5 minutes by car from an Oxxo and in the area I saw several stores. There's no noise at night in case you want to sleep early. It's totally worth paying for the heater. You can enjoy the pool more, which by the way is large and has a division for the children

For the price offered, it is an excellent accommodation to go with family and friends, the house is too spacious as well as the pool that is totally private, the area is very quiet so it is very good option to go and relax. We would definitely go back, it has the garden too spacious and a lot of greenery. Thanks to Montse for being aware and for all his advice.

Great location near good restaurants and with a lovely view. The hosts were helpful and personable.

everything is perfectly as described and shown in the photos. in case one was wondering: well maintained and super clean. all the basics and comfy. toilets that flushed amazingly and hot showers. the gated community is what we come for and we got to enjoy the club/play area that was recently painted and refurbished. nothing is modern but everything is maintained and impeccable. its peaceful and if you are interested, lots to do in the surrounding area. we prefer to ride our bikes and hang out in town, its always a great way to disconnect. it was exactly what we are looking for when coming to ticuman.

Irma was such a communicative, attentive and gracious host. And the house itself is wonderful- nestled in the mountains of Ocotitlan with a stunning hike only minutes away. I highly recommend this airbnb. Very comfortable, all the amenities you need. Right across the street is a lovely little restaurant with pizzas and empanadas. :)

Valeria's accommodation is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool was delicious, the garden spectacular and the attention of Valeria and her team was excellent. A highly recommended place. We hope to return very soon.

The owner is very nice and everything is great. There are a lot of insects, but you are in a paradise in the middle of nature and it is to be expected.
