SEA VIEWS & SOUND OF WAVES "wifi"

Greetings from Cubelles!! This is an apartment provided with excellent sea views, located in front of the sea! It has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds wich can be put together to get one double bed, in the living there is a confortable sofa which turns into a double bed. The marriage bedroom disposes of directs views towards the sea and views towards the people walking on the maritime path. The bathroom has got a bath and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven and other necessary tools for you to use during your stay in our apartment! The kitchen is directly linked to the living room, where we find an amazing folding leather sofa and a Led TV of 42 pulgates connected to a sunny terrace with unbeatable sea views! Its situation is unimprovable, seeing that below 100 metres, we find supermarkets, an apotheke and restaurants. The train station is at about just 10 minutes walking, so it's not far! If you want to travel by train to Barcelona, there are 45 minutes from Cubelles to BCN, and you can catch a train every 30 minutes. You may want to go to Sitges; the ride will take you 15 minutes and moreover, you can also travel to Tarragona or Port Aventura! This will take you 1 hour more or less. Only remember that each train passes every 30 minutes!!! My apartment has a free parking available with enough space for a car. EQUIPMENT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE • TV 42 " (inches), LED screen, high definition (HD). • Satellite ASTRA with interactive WI-FI, high definition (HD), you can browse a multitude of channels in multiple languages, and 8 channels of CANAL+. • Blue-ray DVD player. • WI -Fi high speed. • Fully equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron , etc. Kitchen tools, saucepans, pots, dishes and all kind of cutleries (knives, forks and spoons). • Heating. • Washing machine • Linen and fresh towels for the required number of guests, and a hairdryer too. • Gel , shampoo , dish soap, toilet paper, etc. When you book we email you directions from the airport to the apartment from either the train or bus. Please note that a cleaning fee of €30 is charged separately and is payable when you check in. We promise to do all we can to make your stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. El apartamento está ubicado a segunda línea de playa, 50 metros del Paseo Marítimo de Cubelles. Hay muchos servicios, como comercios de alimentación, farmacia, panadería, bar. La Avenida de la playa está recién inaugurada, con bares, restaurantes, heladerías. Es ideal para pasear o ir en bicicleta. Estamos a 40 km de Barcelona, 45 km de Tarragona, 5 km de Sitges. Hay una estación del tren a 10 minutos andando del apartamento. La frecuencia hacia Barcelona es de 30 minutos Así que anímate!

Our cool and cozy two bedroom apartment has probably the best Mediterranean sea views in Cubelles. The space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, fitting up to 6 people comfortably. Just 45 mins away from Barcelona, it is located at the seafront in a quiet area and just a couple of meters away from restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The beautiful Foix river mouth can also be seen from the terrace. You'll definitely relax, disconnect and enjoy your time off at our place. Come stay with us!

Ideal 2 personas. Muy luminoso y tranquilo, con una gran terraza privada que tiene salida directa a la calle. La playa a tan sólo 5 minutos, es muy bonita, limpia y poco profunda, con un Paseo Marítimo muy largo, agradable, llano y con zonas naturales protegidas. También a 5 minutos caminando hay supermercados, panaderías, bazar chino, pescadería, farmacia, bares y restaurantes, estación de tren desde la que podrás visitar Vilanova i la Geltrú, Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona y Port Aventura.

My house is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and private parking, perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. Beautiful Villa

Enjoy elegance and comfort in this wonderful villa with lots of spaciousness located in a very quiet area with ocean and mountain views. Fully equipped, it has three spacious bedrooms,a playroom where the little ones can play, three bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, and a spectacular kitchen. In the garden a large private picina and a very comfortable porch next to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and gym room with machines . It had never been easier to unplug!

Ketty and Pedro are welcoming hosts who care about the well-being of their tenants. We were greeted by Pedro who was very friendly and explained everything to us. The apartment was impeccable and offered very appreciable services such as bed linen, beds made on our arrival, towels, beach towels and everything necessary so as not to have to do our shopping on arrival. the beach 5 min walk as well as restaurants and shops are a plus. the nearby train station to be able to go to Barcelona as well. we recommend this place! thank you

The place is very spacious; I was able to do my cardio workout out on the balcony. We enjoyed the view, the beaches, the pool, the surroundings, the nearby restaurants and markets, the double washroom, the washer, and the welcome gifts from the host. We felt safe and supported by Nando from start to end. We highly recommend this place.

Great, spacious apartment! Roger was super helpful with any questions. We stayed here as a base for Sitges but also ended up spending some time in Cubelles (super relaxed place). Would definitely recommend!

This must have been the 10th time we stayed in this super nice appartement. So probably this argument speaks for itself. An excellent place for a couple, offering everything one needs, a huge and comfortabel terracce overlooking the Sitges beach , the yachtport and the romantic church. Since you are on the upper 5 th Floor ( yes there is an elevator) it offers peace and calm, except maybe during the Pride ( but who cares at that moment 😇) Idealy situated naar the beach ( gay beach is 3 minutes walking), near very good restaurants ( Alfresco is a gem just as the streetside restaurant just above in the same street, but also e.g .different tapas bars arround the corner) a bakery near by ( opens at 08.30) and of course the placa d’Industria where the Parrots is always great to have a nice drink around sunset. All places of intrest, including great shopping, in 5 minutes walking distance. Altough the appartement is rent by an agency, Communication is direct, pro-active and friendly
