Beautiful villa on the sea completely renovated and equipped with all the comforts! The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of four rooms with air conditioning, TV and fridge all with en-suite bathroom. There is a fifth bathroom with washing machine , living room, patio where you can have lunch with sea view!The garden is available to the three apartments of the Villa as well as the hot tub! Treat yourself to a holiday in comfort and in a paradisiacal setting!!

Villa Gabbiano - The old lady of the stairs

Villa Gabbiano was built in the early eighties, between two imposing rocks that stand out from the wooded vegetation of the Marcaneto hill. The villa, with its terraces spread over several levels, overlooks the Gulf of Policastro and the coast of Basilicata. The uninterrupted union between architecture and nature is made possible by the flights of stairs that connect the parts of the villa. All around, a majestic garden surrounds the house and makes your eyes look peaceful.

Modern studio with king size bed, kitchen (induction hob), bathroom and large balcony. Recently renovated. It comes with WiFi 5g, Smart TV 40 inches and air conditioning. It is located in Via Negroni, next to the main bus station that connects Diamante to the other towns of the Riviera dei Cedri. Beach and city center are reachable in 5 minutes by foot. Parking is available in place. Car rental or bike rental can be arranged (depends on availability)

The ancient tower has been restored with respect to its history and soul. E' composto da una cucina, 2 stanze da letto e il bagno, collegate da un breve corridoio. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone.

A new spectacle of nature (The Suite)

The suite is brand new, the furniture and the environment are in shabby chic style and everything has been taken care of down to the smallest detail. The suite has a private terrace (furnished with an umbrella and sofa) with spectacular views and poignant sunsets. Guests will feel at home... with the best of the vacation.

The Nest of Fortune

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
