Great accommodation! For the price it's really worth it! Very nice Cartier house, very quiet, close to Toulouse! A small terrace with a small garden to enjoy in the evening during the beautiful days, the best! We know that the next time we come back to Toulouse, if this accommodation is available, it's the one we'll rent!

The house was perfect for our visit to Toulouse. While we had a few wrong turns driving there, once we found it there was a parking space right in front which was very helpful. Dominique and Alain were the most charming hosts! They greeted us warmly and despite our language challenges did a great job of showing us the house and appliances. It is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the walk along the Garonne river into the old town and enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking their charming garden. Having the ability to do laundry, with a dryer, was also a plus. Dominique was very responsive to questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We are a couple with a dog and rented this little house for a baptism. We found it easily, there is a parking lot just in front and the connected lock system is very convenient. We did not use the kitchen or the sitting area but the small garden is nice, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom small but functional. Genevieve and her son are very responsive If necessary, I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation.

Had a great time! The nights were very relaxing, I really felt at home. All the equipment available is practical and well thought out, which makes everyday life very pleasant. A big plus for the air conditioning, which provides real comfort, especially in times of high heat. It's pretty easy to find street parking, which is a real bonus. And above all, a big thank you to Sybilles and Sébastien for their kindness: the communication was fluid, pleasant and the instructions very clear. Would definitely stay again!

Bright, sunny and charming apartment. Small but well planned, so feels spacious. I like the area, just by the river and the university. Mina was the perfect host, really helpful and friendly. Easy five stars, would happily stay again!

We stayed in a different apartment than this listing, but on the same street. It was gorgeous. It's the most immaculate place we've stayed in France, as well. We were able to park a couple of blocks away on the street. There were stairs, which were fine for us but may be difficult for others. It's right in the heart of the old part of Castanet Tolosan, close to a delicious bakery and restaurant. I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at François! The apartment is quiet, bright, cozy and pretty well located. It felt good there. François is considerate and attentive (special mention for breakfast which is rarely offered), and his instructions are clear. Great value for money, I recommend it without a second thought!

I will definitely stay again. The place is located near the river with walking access to excellent restaurants and a cafe downstairs. We couldn’t fault the place.

Fantastic location to access all areas of the beautiful Toulouse on foot. We were grateful for the car space however hang on to keys until you exit the garage! :-) Thank you Issam for a pleasant apartment stay.

Both in the heart of the vibrant St Cyprien district and yet in a quiet setting, this accommodation is excellent and perfectly in line with the description. I would highly recommend it.

A great apartment: clean, well-equipped, spacious and with very comfortable bedding, we felt great for our short stay in Toulouse! The secure parking space is a real plus in this neighborhood where parking is paid. The neighborhood is conveniently located between the city center and universities/science campus. With all the necessary shops and the Saint-Agne metro less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment, it is really a perfect location, to come and pass contests or for a sightseeing tour of the city! Communication with Cúc was perfect! Kindness, responsiveness, clear instructions and self check-in possible...really Cúc deserves his Superhost status! Thanks again for the stay;-)
