We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

We had a lovely stay at Meri's apartment. It is comfortably furnished and extremely clean. The garden and terrace are also very nice. Meri welcomed us in a very friendly way. It was a bit of a shame that the oven shown in the photos was no longer there. And you have to honestly say that the place is located right next to a railway line, where every now and then a train passes by, and that you can also hear the nearby road.

We had a lovely week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also due to the right decor. Of course, you have to keep in mind that it's an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With baby crawling, the house was not very suitable as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, just the right thing. The location overall is perfect for things to do in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual) so you can cook relaxed. The communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key drop-off, is very nice.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

We had a fantastic time, the house, pool and internet was great. Davide is very friendly and answers quickly to all questions. We recommend this house, and will book Davides accommodation again when we travel again to Croatia. We travelled with our dog, the garden is fenced and perfect for a dog. Great stay with dog and toddler. Great new apartment (not yet in the pictures) and great pool area/summer kitchen, we only stayed there as 2 couples. Only two suggestions for improvement: renovate the bathrooms in the other two apartments and outside an outdoor grill would be the highlight!! 😊 Otherwise, we felt very comfortable, everything was great and we had a great vacation. Kitchen incredibly well equipped (never experienced like this!) It's also great that there were carports for the cars.

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!
