Our apartment is 1+1. It can accommodate up to 4 people. There are all kitchen supplies. There are 2 air conditioners. 500 meters to Akçagerme beach, one of the famous beaches of Kaş. Our house has a garden. There is no smoking in our apartments. Our guests are welcome to use the garden.If you want to use the barbecue area, you need to let us know 1 day before and it is subject to availability. There is no parking for our building, parking is available on the street where our house is located.

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our project, which is located on the Kaş Çukurbağ peninsula of Antalya, full of unique beauties, and consists of 5 villas, has been put into service to make you feel the comfort as of July 10, 2023. Our project consists of two 2+1, two 3+1 and one 4+1 villas. Each villa has its own private pool. The distance of our villas to the sea is 150 meters. You can enjoy both the sea and the pool. We are only 5 minutes away from the center of Kaş. The parking lot of each apartment is right next to it.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
