Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Cul-de-Sac

Great place. looks just like pictures! So close to the most beautiful beach! Walkable to beach which is a huge plus. Would stay again. Host helped us find place when we were lost very appreciated

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

Amazing location, directly on the beach. Walk to restaurants, grocery etc. Great kitchen amenities. Alain was very friendly and accommodating. Secure parking underground was perfect Great little place. Highly recommend

Fantastic place! Host is very quick to respond to questions and is always helpful. Beautifully spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with all necessary kitchen accoutrements. Great location in the middle of the island with easy access to both the East and West end beaches and restaurants; Crocus Bay (and Calvin) is practically in the backyard! Close to several well-stocked grocery stores. Walking distance to good local restaurants and food trucks. Great property full of fruit trees and vines. Off of main roads, very easy to find, with parking right by the front door. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hidden gem of an apartment. I know that I’ll be happy to return.

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

This Airbnb was a great value for the price. It was well-maintained, had everything we needed, and the host’s thoughtful touches made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet yet convenient spot to stay in the area. It was an overall fantastic experience. Alex’s place is amazing! He met us there for a super easy checkin, even though our flight was delayed by a day. The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, and has a gorgeous outside living area (covered). Alex also provided beach towels and chairs, as well as two sit-on-top kayaks! Its location is just steps from the beach and a short walk to tons of restaurants. The roads aren’t that easy to walk on, but there was also parking everywhere we went. There are a lot of dogs roaming the island, including this neighborhood so there’s barking, but they seem friendly. All in all, a lovely place to stay, and Alex is a top-notch host. I would highly recommend Alex’s place!

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

My family had a fabulous time staying at Magali's place Villa Saba. The home is spacious, comfortable, has plenty of rooms and bathrooms with a great kitchen and dinning space. The garden and pool area are stunning with breathtaking views of the Caribbean and the mountains of Anse Marcel. We even saw a couple of rainbows between the mountains during our trip. The outdoor living area is well equipped for a large group to dine and sun bath. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Saba!

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

Priscilia is a great hostess and we loved her apartment! It was a great spot for our family vacation, we got to explore the island but also enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of Anse Marcel . The apartment worked well for us and our two young children - Priscilia even had a crib for the infant. A lovely pool is right nearby and the beautiful, calm beach is a short walk away. Priscilia recommended a delicious Italian restaurant within walking distance which became our son’s favourite spot. A decent grocery store is a short drive away but there’s also a small one within walking distance for any urgent necessities. Thank you so much Priscilia!!

Beautiful place, right on the ocean and walkable to several excellent restaurants and coffee shops. The beach was beautiful, the condo was beautiful and equipped with basic kitchen necessities for cooking, making coffee, etc. Air conditioning was helpful because it was 80 degrees while we were there. Parking was easy and safe. The car rental company that Pierre recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend Banana Location car rental. Excellent place to stay!

Anchise est très réactif et flexible. Je ne peux que recommander ce grand studio avec terrasse tant pour son prix que pour son confort. Mention spéciale pour la literie qui est top.

What a beautiful place. Tranquility beach was as advertised. This doesn’t happen often, but the room actually was better than the pictures. With the proximity to nearby options you can spend your whole vacation here without leaving. The staff and people are amazing. Sam and Kemeisha were awesome. High recommend tranquility beach. Will be back.

Wir haben uns gleich nach der Ankunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Der Preis für die Miete ist absolut fair. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig. Die Umgebung mit den vielen Geschäften und den sehr netten Menschen hat uns viel Freude bereitet, eine absolute karibische Wohlfühl- Atmosphäre. Es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, geschmackvolle Lädchen, eine Creperie, Cafés, einen Supermarkt und direkt vor der Tür eine Bäckerei, welche wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, eine Bushaltestelle gibt es gleich hinter dem Haus und der Fähranleger ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen. In der Marina gibt es kleine Gaststätten, wo wir die Abende schön ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, was für unsere Inseltouren sehr praktisch war. Begeistert waren wir, dass die Parkplätze gleich am Haus waren. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tausend Dank für alles.
