Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! We had a wonderful ski weekend with two families at the condo. It's a perfect location and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the games and toys provided for those who don't ski. The listing was as pictured and we felt at home right away.

Comfortable townhouse with beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility to read and relax. The beds were very comfortable and after busy days on the beach and sightseeing we all slept well. Furnished nicely and in good taste. Everyone had space to go to for private, quiet time. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, Portland and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

This old Orchard Beach stay was perfect! It is right across the street from the beach- can be there in 1 minute! The house is quite new, so it was nice and clean. The hosts leave nice touches to make a beach vacation easier and more fun such as beach chairs and towels, snacks and treats in the kitchen, and a nicely set up backyard with a grill and cornhole boards. The train is right behind the house as listed, but it definitely wasn't too loud (didn't hear any horns, and the cars were easily drowned out with some white noise). Just a heads up that the backyard is shared with unit A, which could put a damper on plans if you have to share with strangers (but would be perfect if you planned to rent out both).

Perfect size for our family of 4. Location to the beach was a short walk across the street. Kitchen was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were available to use but we brought ours from home. Two bathrooms are always a plus with two teenage girls, only request from them was a full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom to check out their outfits. Owner reached out during our stay to check in and see if everything was going well. Very thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay here.

I would not hesitate to rent from Maurice and Diane again. They were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond making sure our stay went well. The house was nice and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our family of four including an open bedroom because our boys thought it was so fun to sleep in the loft. The location to the beach was amazing. It was nice having a quiet beach a few hundred feet from the back door while also being within walking distance to the Pier. If we ever have a chance to stay here again we would definitely do so.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

We spent a few nights here during Feb break with our kids to ski Pleasant Mountain. It could not be more perfect- just across the street from the main lodge parking lot but in a peaceful, lakeside neighborhood. I’d ski half a day and walk back to the condo with my daughter, and then run back again for night skiing. The condo is really quite spacious and the layout is fantastic. We had a blast.
