House holiday rentals in Cumbre del Sol

Everything is just perfect: the house, location and the host. We stayed with our two daughters of 1 and 3, and had a great time. Everything that you need is there, the kids loved the toys and outside spaces (including the pool), and the beach and restaurants are a couple of minutes away. We have been to many Airbnbs, but almost none like this one. Will try to get back whenever we can.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Morgens den ersten Kaffee mit freiem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer zu genießen ist nicht zu übertreffen. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man im Meer was auch wunderbar ist. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, das diese tolle und frei zugängliche Lage auch sehr viele andere genießen wollten und das auch bis spät in die Nacht. Da wir sehr gerne spazieren, konnten wir alles in Xabia von diesem Haus aus zu Fuß erreichen. Seit Jahren ist das Aqua am Strand unser Lieblingsrestaurant, was gerade einmal 15 Minuten entfernt ist. Das Haus selbst ist herrlich traditionell und steht damit im hervorragendem Kontrast zu den vielen Wohnungen und Häuser auf AirBnB, die extra für eine Vermietung eingerichtet wurden sind. Allerdings sind die Bilder schon etwas älter und an der einen oder anderen Stelle wären Instandsetzungsarbeiten sinnvoll. Aber alles zusammen betrachtet hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Dir Teresa für ein paar wundervolle Tage.

Don't hesitate to book this amazing villa, you won't regret it! Perfect layout for our family (3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 upstairs, all ensuite) meaning ample space and privacy. The villa is incredibly well equipped and clean meaning we could just settle in straight away and begin our holiday! Lovely quiet area with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Although we had a car which meant we could travel further afield and explore, it really isn't a necessity. The pool area is fabulous, with gorgeous seating areas to enjoy family meals. The pool is quite deep, even at the shallow end so be aware of this for kids (I couldn't really stand up to hold my little one although I am very short!) The host Maria was superb, very friendly and responsive. Everything was just lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to return to both the villa and Moraira.

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

La casa era hermosa, muy limpia y tal como se mostraba en las fotos. Estuvimos súper cómodos durante toda la estadía. El host fue excelente: siempre atento y respondía enseguida cada vez que lo necesitábamos. Además, el barrio es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetir. ¡Muy recomendable!

Es una casa preciosa en un entorno impresionante. Bonitas playas, bonitos miradores El problema, el acceso a la playa, andando está lejos y es incómodo y en coche hay limitación de aforo, por lo que hay que ir muy pronto La casa está muy alejada de todo y hay que ir en coche a cualquier lugar, incluso a tirar la basura Tampoco se puede pasear por los alrededores, es todo carretera La atención de Nadine, impecable

What a great place - just what we needed to unwind for a long weekend

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit ruime en lichte huis met een absoluut adembenemend uitzicht. Koffie in de ochtend met dit uitzicht… geweldig! Het huis is rustig en privé gelegen, op een zeer ruim perceel. Door de ligging heb je zeker de auto nodig om naar winkels en restaurants te gaan, maar dat wisten wij en we hebben genoten. De airco’s in de slaapkamers werken heel goed, heerlijk in de warme en vochtige zomernachten. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren snel, inchecken supereasy.

Wat een waanzinnige familievakantie hebben we hier gehad met elkaar. Een enorme tuin met voor ieder wat wils. De host is lief en dankbaar. Het huis was schoon, voorzien van goede airco’s en heeft veel slaapvertrekken. De omgeving ligt op 10 minuten rijden van de haven en de strandjes. De strandbedjes zijn prima, maar kunnen een upgrade gebruiken om dit vertrek een 10 te kunnen geven. Wij komen hier met alle plezier nog eens terug!

Great location. Beautiful views. The sound of the ocean is the most relaxing and one of the wonderful feature this home has. Highly recommended.

Zeer aangenaam, ruim verblijf, heel rustig gelegen. Enkel rekening mee houden dat het heel hoog op een heuvel ligt, we hebben ons niet gewaagd om te voet naar het water te gaan. Zeer mooie ruimtes, heel licht en open. Welkomstgeschenkje stond klaar bij aankomst, vriendelijke en snelle communicatie. En een minpunt is de ramen, deze sluiten zeer slecht en we hadden veel wind tijdens ons verblijf waardoor er ook nog (in de schouw?) een fluitsignaal ontstond (in de avond/s'nachts). Zeer mooi uitzicht vanaf het huis op de baai!

A fantastic villa. Really well styled and equipped. We had a great stay.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

Un placer los dos días que estuvimos sin duda para repetir. 100% recomendable

Maison très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La piscine partagée est grande et peu fréquentée, petit plus, elle est à moins d'une minute de la maison. Lieu paisible. Très belle plage à Calp à 30 min à peine de la maison. Vanessa est à l'écoute et très réactive.

Great home in a beautiful area, check in an out were easy and we appreciated the clear communication prior to our arrival.

We had a lovely stay at the house in a beautiful area with lovely beaches and towns a short drive away. The house was very comfortable and spacious. We liked the different seating areas and there was plenty of room for guests to sit. The beds were very comfortable also. There was also plenty of comfortable seating on the terrace. The only fault we could find with the property was the fact that it wasn't that safe on the terrace area for young children so we had to be very vigilant. Apart from this safety issue, we had a lovely stay. The communal pool was very pleasant, clean, and safe for little ones.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is so beautiful. Just steps away to the beach. Waking up to the sounds of the waves every morning was amazing. The space was well appointed, we had everything we needed. Chema was super responsive and really helpful. Overall, a magical place if you just want to get away from it all!

El sitio espectacular ,la ubicación ,cosas que se escapan de sus manos y por eso la valoracion,pero disfrutamos

Wat een fantastisch huis! We hebben ontzettend genoten. Het verwarmde zwembad was een hit voor de kinderen en we hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van de terrassen en de BBQ. De directe omgeving van het huis was rustig, in het dorp is vanalles te doen met fijne strandjes en restaurants. Voorzieningen (supermarkten etc.) zijn om de hoek. Echt een aanrader!

Estuvimos en familia en casa de Jacobo y fue una maravilla. La casa es excelente, muy bonita, limpia y con todo lo necesario y más. El jardín es increíble para pasar tiempo allí si te apetece estar tranquilo. La zona es muy tranquila y además suele soplar brisa que en agosto se agradece mucho. Los anfitriones pendientes de todo y muy amables. La recomiendo al 100%.

Had a very nice stay! Smooth check-in. Morgane gave us a warm welcome. From booking to check out Morgane was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is peaceful. The place had everything we needed for our stay.
