Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

This place is realy nice if you want do disconnect from the noise: calm, silent, and private and beatiful surroundings complementing stylish furnising of the apartment. Here, you'll find everyhing you need for a comfortable stay (but do bear in mind, that you are staying in a remote bay and that the closest groceries shop is 20 minutes ride away). The hosts are really something special, too: if the lady of the house asks you, whether you drink "gemišt", do not say no! :-). Wonderful experience, will try to come back again, the sooner the better!

We had a lovely week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also due to the right decor. Of course, you have to keep in mind that it's an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With baby crawling, the house was not very suitable as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace and quiet, just the right thing. The location overall is perfect for things to do in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual) so you can cook relaxed. The communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key drop-off, is very nice.

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as pictured, super clean and in a great location. Day check-in via key box was super easy. On the second day, we met briefly and got some local tips. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the small Casa of Ingrid and Daniele. Both are always very friendly and open to questions. We enjoyed the location, really a small private place with wonderful views, pleasant loungers on the property, and the bay for swimming in front of the door. There are also many opportunities for short hikes around the bays, on the Premantura (by car), good restaurants and a beach bar, which are also within walking distance, and Pula for sightseeing just a few kilometers away. A great place for us to relax!

A great destination for those who long for absolute peace. Arrival: From the supervised parking lot at the port of Mali Lošinj (12 euros/day) a ferry runs 1-2x daily. Since you can't shop on the island, we had a lot of luggage and were glad to have a cart for water bottles. The ferry takes three hours. Book jadrolinija in advance. Communication: Outstanding! If we needed anything, Antonija immediately organized support! Thank you! <3 Location: Beautiful, shady garden, 2 minutes to the rocky coast. With a little sure-footedness, you can get into the sea easily and flat - you have that almost to yourself. Amenities: Cozy, good WiFi, air conditioning, mattresses rather hard; water pressure of the shower is great! To take with you: We needed 2 liters of water per day per person (tap water is suitable for cooking), mosquito spray (number of mosquitoes but absolutely okay), (washing) sheets for washing machine, coffee maker :-) We are glad to have spent our honeymoon here.

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Location, location, location - those are the key words to describe this place. Crystal clear waters surrounding a beautiful tiny island covered with trees (as part of the garden!). We liked it that much that we even mismanaged our departing date!

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay for over a week. The terrace is great for meals and to enjoy the breeze. Great bbq space. The beach and a few restaurants are 5min walk away. We'll happily come back!

Astrid was a great host. She was very helpful and hospitable. The apartment was very comfortable, well equiped and clean. It is located in a beatiful, quiet part od Artatore very close to the beach. We will be very happy to come back! Thanks Astrid! :)

We had a wonderfully secluded week in Igor's house for seven of us... the path with the jeep is an adventure...the bay a dream..as well as the sunsets on the terrace..in the kitchen nothing was missing we always had warm solar water. An unforgettable week!

The house is very quiet and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, there are no neighbors in sight. We felt very comfortable in the house and were able to relax and cook well. From one of the bedrooms you can even see the sea. We had bicycles with us, so the way to the car (and luggage) through the small streets was quick and the transport of things was straightforward. You can also quickly cycle to the picturesque bay of Rovenska or to the small supermarket for shopping. Communication with our hosts was straightforward and accommodating, we were personally picked up in Veli Losijn and guided to the parking lot and then to the house. We already knew the island and were happy to rent this beautiful place, we will be happy to come back!
