Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cupertino

Truthfully, I have nothing but positive feedback. Two couples travelling between hiking trips and a wedding. This was a great place to unwind and regroup, with plenty of lovely walkable cafes nearby to set us up for the subsequent leg of our trip. A tight squeeze for 6 looking for privacy, perhaps, but pretty darn good for two couples! Check in was easy and clear. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very clean and quiet area.large backyard.Very good washing machine and dryer.Fully equipped kitchen.All 3 beds were comfy.Bree was always quick to answer our messages.When we had a minor problem in the kitchen Bree has sent someone over next day and it was fixed. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a stay in quiet area(note that it’s quite far from shops and restaurants)

Great stay in a central location with very little traffic. Close to restaurants and shopping. 10/10

I come to San Jose twice a year, Joey's place is 10 minutes walking distance to my events, place is nice, quiet and clean. This has become my go to spot when I am in town for conference.

Very happy with the facilities and services of the house, very convenient access space for our short business trip.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The place was nice, clean, and cozy. It is located in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Omg, Anton’s place was just perfect! We could never get enough of his beautiful home and the incredible view! Wow! Everyday, I would just sit outside and stare at it! It was wonderful being so close to nature! During our stay, we saw deer, turkey, cows right in our backyard! Amazing! It is so close to nature and yet, the location is so central and is very close to everything! It’s like a little paradise in the heart of the city! And the house was so complete, we couldn’t have asked for anything more! There was even a newly installed jacuzzi that Anton would let us use! Anton is a very generous and caring host! And he was always just a call away! My husband told me we should always stay at Anton’s when we are in San Jose😊 we love the place!

Mike’s place is really comfortable and home like. The neighborhood is quiet and private, room is easy to self check-in and spacious enough for 2 persons to stay, there’s also a beautiful little yard which is private and gives out a great feeling to start the day. We had a very peaceful stay at Michael’s place in the mountains and Michael was friendly and helpful in checking us in and providing recommendations for good places nearby. It was nice to sit out on the property too and enjoy the beautiful views. Would stay there again!

Lovely stay in a peaceful neighborhood We had such a great time staying here! The place is cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is super quiet and beautiful — perfect for relaxing. The host was wonderful: very friendly and always quick to help with anything. The backyard was a real highlight for us — it’s full of safe and fun things for a toddler, including a slide, a sandbox, and plenty of space to run and play. Our child absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! We’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

Charles is a great host. Response time was very fast. Wonderful location so close to the beach. Quiet and comfortable.

It's hard to beat location of this rental - very close to everything (grocery/department stores, cafes, downtown/farmer's market), but tucked away in a quiet street, away from the traffic noise. It's true that you can hear neighbors from the upper floor, both their footsteps and voices. Well, for the part of my family who were sleeping in the bedroom (me included), this didn't pose a problem (we stayed for 14 days). But the part of the family, that had to sleep in the family room, had it much worse unfortunately, as some of the guests enjoyed both late night talking on the terrace on the upper floor and walking up and down the outside staircase. The apartment was clean enough and had everything you might need for an extended stay, including a decent supply of washing/cleaning and bath/paper products. We had an opportunity to use all the available appliances; had no issue with any of them. I would recommend this rental, with a note about possible noise from the upper floor.

We had a wonderful stay at Dien’s Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-kept. Everything was exactly as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into making it comfortable for guests. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

During my stay at Joann’s place, I felt safe and very comfortable. The whole home is bright and spotlessly clean, with greenery visible outside the windows. Parking was very convenient, and communication with her was smooth throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to cook and enjoy a good glass of red wine. The sofa was cozy and the bed was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful place—thank you!

Only issue was the street parking On a busy road and how fast it gets filled up but other than that definitely loved my stay!! Thank you Peaceful, will definitely be back!

Great apartment that is close to the airport and easy to find. Was given great step by step instructions on how to access the apartment. It was actually bigger than I anticipated and quite quiet.

Our family really enjoyed staying at this wonderful place. Everything was very nice and the place is well located.
