Very good stay of several nights in a quiet place. Well-equipped and functional accommodation, clean. Comfortable bedding. Very large landscaped and peaceful garden. Very nice Jacuzzi, especially at the end of the day, already ready for our arrival. Several lakes nearby for beautiful walks, swimming and water activities. Avallon 15 minutes by car and Quarré les Tombes 10 minutes with a convenience store open every day. I highly recommend this quiet accommodation with very good value for money.

We felt very comfortable and welcome here with our 11-year-old son and our Labrador. We all enjoyed the large garden and especially the tranquility to slow down. The house offers everything you need for uncomplicated living and the kitchen also has everything you need. It would be advisable to bring a few groceries with you for the day of arrival and for the first breakfast, because the nearest supermarket is about 12-17 km away. Spices, vinegar and oil, as well as coffee, tea and sugar are available. Toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent are available. Dominique speaks excellent German and was super friendly. We enjoyed the nice cottage with beautiful garden in a quiet, magnificent environment. The cottage is ideal for a family with children. The kitchen is well equipped and baby equipment was provided. Michèle and Franck are helpful, sympathetic people.

Beautiful little house in a village close to Avallon. The house is very well-equipped and has a lot of charm. Sylvie and Patrick were lovely. They went out of their way to find us a nurse that my husband needed. We had a more than nice stay in Usy despite mixed weather. We recommend eyes closed.
