Open layout with new kitchen (induction) and dining area, a living room with fireplace, as well as two bedrooms. The second bedroom is separate, right next to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment includes a balcony, loggia, roof terrace and courtyard. Close the large entrance gate behind you and enjoy the wonderful tranquility in this unique building complex.

Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Novaggio is 10 km from Lugano and is reachable by public transport. Monte Lema, Cima Pianca, and the Sentiero delle Meraviglie are nearby, and in the village there are shops, a pastry shop, and restaurants. The accommodation's parking is about a 5-minute walk from the house.

Questa piccola dépendance pieds dans l'eau si affaccia direttamente sul Lago Ceresio ed è pensata esclusivamente per due adulti. Le grandi vetrate regalano una vista continua sull'acqua, mentre il cortile esterno dispone di un cancellino ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti che consente di accedere direttamente al lungolago. L'alloggio non dispone di aria condizionata (sono disponibili due ventilatori). Per ragioni di sicurezza non può ospitare bambini né animali. Parcheggio privato coperto.
