The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

Amazing stay and perfect location! The apartment is out of a story book. Pristine and so comfortable. More than enough room and 3 bathrooms! What a luxury for 4 people. The host has thought of everything. Only sad we didn’t stay longer. Will be back.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our city break staying at MariaGrazia’s place. The location was excellent and MariaGrazia was friendly and responded quickly to any queries we had. The place itself was lovely; very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very clean and spacious for our group (5 ppl). Everything is kept in an excellent condition and we had a fantastic stay. The location is about ~20 mins walk from the train station but it’s quite walkable. Alberto and his team are very responsive! The apartment ran out of coffee capsule and washing cap upon our check in and they immediately replenished them. Certainly recommend this place to those who travel to Como.

This is my third time staying at the apartment- I only ever want to stay here when I come to Milan. Its beautiful, has great walkability and the hosts are always so helpful.

As soon as we set foot in the apartment, we felt at home. Very clean apartment, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Upon arrival, since Daniela knew one of the guests would celebrate her birthday, she left us bottles of prosecco in the fridge: a great gesture that was much appreciated.

We had a great time here. Easy transfer from Linate. We let Andrea know when we were on our way from the airport and he met us in the reception area of the apartment. The apartment is enormous with plenty of space to chill out. Quirky old vintage decor. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook for ourselves easily. Air con was very welcome. Close to the center with all main sites in walking distance. Metro not far away for other tourist sites. It is a little pricey but worth it for the proper beds for 6 people (there was a 7th single bed we didn't use). With 3 bathrooms there was never a queue for the shower. Washing machine was great. Clothes dried on the balcony super fast. Iron was good but ironing board very flimsy (I guess I'm the only weird person who irons clothes on holiday). We had a lovely stay and made good memories. Very impressed! Host was great at communicating and offering recommendations in regard to dinner which we took up! Once the bus route was established it was easy to get to and from town. Property was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!

We loved spending our week-long stay with our two kids and dog at this villa. As soon as the door opens, you arrive at this beautiful and gigantic entrance hall that gives access to all the rooms of the house and attracts you to the outside where the view is just amazing. The indoor space is very large, clean and well kept. The decoration and furniture are old style but of high quality which makes all the charm of this villa. The outdoor area and large pool are well-maintained and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The contacts I had with Alex and Claudia (hosts) were very nice and their responses were very quick. Their directions are clear and they also inform us about the activities to discover nearby/shops/restaurants which is very useful. Thanks to them for allowing us to create wonderful memories!

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

I would recommend staying here if in area. Restaurants are walkable the unit itself is spectacular. It does have a lot of antiques beds we’re comfortable. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms for my family of five. Would stay again if in the neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay here! The bedrooms were very clean, each room had AC which is a luxury a lot of times and the bathrooms were spotless. Almost felt like a lux hotel but nice to have 3/4 rooms connect as it made us feel at home. Sergio was an amazing host, providing us with breakfast and cappuccinos daily. Everything was delicious we wish we could’ve have stayed longer! So we will definitely look at coming back!
