Sweet Home Feet in the Sand

Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 meters from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

The Kai bungalow is exactly as in the photos, it has a beautiful view of the sea, easy access and incredible beaches around. The smell of cleanliness when entering the room made me even more delighted, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is very spacious and the kitchen items are super useful. The hot tub is wonderful, it heats up very well and you can even use it on milder days. Carol and Marcelo were very polite and attentive, gave clear instructions and were very flexible with the check in and checkout, in short, everything was perfect!

Exceeded expectations, everything as advertised. We had a small setback with the jacuzzi that broke in just one day, but that didn't leave anything to be desired because the house is magnificent and that detail didn't make any difference, very good value for the money. Vitor is extremely attentive and responds to messages in a few minutes. Thank you and we intend to return soon!

I had a wonderful stay at Andréia's house! The location by the sea is simply perfect, providing incredible views and moments of great tranquility. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and extremely clean, which made all the difference for a pleasant experience. In addition, Andréia was an attentive host and always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend it for those looking for a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the sea. I'll definitely be back another time!

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

The stay was incredible! Debora and Rafaela were very attentive, communicative and super flexible. The place is perfect, clean and comfortable, and much, much better than the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet. The view from the house is breathtaking, it exceeded all expectations. The location is excellent, with easy access to tourist spots and the beautiful Curral beach. I highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a quiet retreat, which unites the green and the sea at the same time, and who feel at home. Thank you again Débora and Rafaela. We will definitely be back.
