Very nice balcony, with a small table, comfortable hammock and swimming pool a few steps away. All done with affection to welcome people of good taste in search of tranquility. The serenade is provided by the symphony of the Atlantic Forest of Ilhabela, one of the most beautiful islands on the Brazilian coast.

The property is located in a beautiful wooded condominium in the Bexiga neighborhood, 10 minutes' walk from Grande and Curral beaches and from there, via small trails, access to Julião and Veloso beaches. Less than 5 minutes away we have a supermarket with bakery, pharmacy, liquor store with cellar, pizzeria, restaurants. You can also take a bath in the Paquetá waterfall with an infinity edge, a 15-minute walk from the house. The pool belongs to the condominium. Your Pet is always welcome.
