The days in Cléia's apartment were simply wonderful! The beach of Martim de Sá alone is absurdly special, but being able to stay in such a beautiful, well-kept and complete space made everything even better. It is a new, complete space, where you can see the care and affection in every corner! In addition to Cléia being an excellent host, responding quickly even though she lives in another time zone, all the building's employees are friendly and respectful. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I can't wait to come back!

The house fully matches the listing and is in a quiet condominium. The kitchen is well equipped and there are markets and pharmacies about 4 minutes' drive from the house. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful view from the deck. Excellent stay!

The house is really the wonder you see in the listing. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show apart, amazing, as well as the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support of everything we need quickly and with great kindness and warmth. The condominium is close to Julião beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. Too much worth it!!!

A really wonderful house, comfortable beds an incredible view, you really don't want to get out of there. Cooking with that view is incredible. We had a family vacation, where there were different spots to work, read, contemplate that view. Cyntia the clerk with help with everything in the house was really helpful. I cooked and was there catering to our needs. Juli the same, I could get everything I asked of her/I would really come back a thousand times !

I spent an amazing weekend in this house! The property is super cozy, well taken care and exactly as in the pictures. The location within the condominium guarantees security and tranquility, perfect for relaxing. Amazing stay! It exceeded expectations. The house is large, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony of the master bedroom and the pool is wonderful! We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot on the front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to feel good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.
