Accommodation according to the photos, great location in São Paulo, very close to the metro, shopping and restaurants! I also received a list of recommendations for easy access points in the region, before my check in. They were very flexible and helpful with my check-in time and always agile in the answers!

Great stay. Apartment is very organized and clean. The location of the building is excellent, next to a market, and close to shopping, gym, subway and several restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet for walking. Ana always answered us quickly when any questions arose.

It was a quiet stay! The space is exactly the same as the photos and the cleaning was also up to date, especially the bed sheets and pillowcases. The street is safe and has a supermarket around the corner and a nearby subway station.

The apartment is both stylish and clean - and kept clean by regular cleanings every two weeks which were included. The apartment came with everything and plenty of what you'd typically need for your stay, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Internet connection, and general infrastructure was reliable. The vibes I got during my stay was a mixture between apartment and hotel room. Note that you'll have to use the building's washing machines, which requires you to install and set-up a very annoying and nosy application - before you can wash you need to give them enough information to open a bank account. Things that could be improved are: Adding a mosquito net to the window, improving the shades so the room gets properly dark at night, and making sure that no dried up food is sticking to the cutlery before the next guest checks in. I did enjoy my stay a lot (but I'm German, we do harsh reviews) - so I'd like to thank Thatiane for having me - know that I'd come again if I may!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day. I would definitely come back!

The best lodging in São Paulo. Excellent reception and support from the hosts, Adebora and Vanessa. They bought a crib for my 9-month-old niece. A kindness we'll never forget. I and my friends had a great experience with the location, the neighborhood was quiet and the house was great! Only the kitchen door that was not in a lock and worried us a little bit, and the garage was very narrow enough to get in with the cars. But there were only occasional concerns, the hostess was very kind and the house perfectly met our needs.
