The Studio matches the ad… Clean, organized and easily accessible place. Super safe, with nearby restaurants that can be accessed on foot. The host always responded quickly, answering any questions and was super helpful.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well decorated and super cozy. Communication with the host was quick and very attentive. I felt at home all time of stay.

Very nice place, beautiful house with all necessary equipment.

The house is charming, comfortable, well-equipped, with stylish decoration as if you were at home. The use was more for working with the team and the kitchen environment was more open, next to the garden and very quiet, we hardly heard any noise from the street. Well located. Andraea is a very kind and accessible hostess. Fabrícia and Jê, who help take care of the house, were also attentive and gave us tips on where to eat. Voltaria for sure and recommend!

RS Absolutely everything in the house is very clean and impeccable. The house is super airy and nice to stay. Kitchen with everything we need. Bairro mega tranquil. I definitely recommend too much!! Bruno's place is outstanding. We had an amazing time. Large bedrooms, lots of living space, and beautiful all around. The location is excellent in a private upscale area. A rare gem in Sao Paulo.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

My stay was great! The apartment is super cozy, exactly as in the photos, very clean and well maintained. The entire team was very attentive from start to finish, always available to help with whatever was needed. A special highlight was the kindness of allowing me to store my suitcase even after check-out, which made all the difference on my last day. I would definitely come back!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!
