New modern home near Sylvan Lake.

MelindaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
WOW…Beautiful unique modern designed home right in front of a Bison ranch! We absolutely loved the location and amenities and close to all the sights we wanted to see (Custer State Park, Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore). Our family was on a trip to all 50 states and came across this home that we were able to book at the last minute and same day! Host was very responsive and offered lots of suggestions and amenities! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Loved that we could park our car in garage and unload! But being across from the Bison and able to see them early morning and late afternoon made our trip!

The View at Bear Rock One (Main Unit)

Cindy was super helpful and responsive! Her house was perfect for my family of 5 and the location was great being just outside of the town of Custer and still within 30 minutes of most major attractions. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Our stay was wonderful! The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and the view was everything we hoped it would be. The host, Kate, quickly responded to any inquiry we had. I highly recommend Kate's cabin.

Custer Blue Bird Haven in Beautiful Valley Setting

ValerieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our family of seven enjoyed our week stay at Joel and Diana’s place.! The beds were comfy, the location was great for doing day trips in the Black Hills and the setting was peaceful and beautiful for relaxing in the evenings. We really enjoyed watching the sunset and star gazing from the deck. Diana and Joel were excellent at communicating and making sure all was going well. If we are back in the area, we would definitely go back!

The lodge is great. Excellent sleeping arrangements for our family of 7. The location is central and convenient for the parks and attractions. The house is in a shared driveway and yard with other cabins but it was very nice and peaceful. Very clean and accurately described. The host was helpful and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Next to Custer State Park. Quiet & Serene. 6 rooms

AlliyaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Our family enjoyed a fantastic weekend at The Brown House. We loved the location close to Custer State Park and also an easy drive to a grocery store. It surroundings were peaceful with a beautiful view over a meadow that had horses and deer. The house provided so many spaces for gathering both inside and out. We are already planning our return trip next year.

NEW Johnny Cash on Main Walk to Downtown

KaraRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Sarah has created a dynamic and comfortable place to restore and relax while you discover all that the Black Hills has to offer. Details such as park passes and a wheeled grocery tote were so very appreciated. The Johnny Cash theme is fun and classy, not cheesy. And the location is perfect—so close to essential retailers, easily walkable to restaurants, bars & shops, and super accessible to Custer State Park and other areas of interest. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Custer Apt in Heart of Town: Shop, Dine, Hike

JoniRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful stay in Custer. The building’s history is fantastic. It was built in 1890 and is located in the middle of downtown Main Street. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and bakeries. Custer is a great spot to stay to see all the nearby parks - Custer State Park, Wind Cave NP, Jewel Cave, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument. The unit itself has everything you need. We stayed for 9 days and it was very comfortable. As stated in the listing, there are stairs (so pack lightly.) This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at and we would stay again.

Quiet and peaceful with a backyard full of cotton-tail rabbits and the occasional deer. Safe neighborhood. We were hauling a trailer, and were able to leave the trailer while we took in some of the sights, and never once worried about. Clean, cute and would recommend.

Modern Custer Apt - Walk to Shops & Dining!

JazzRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Location, location! We loved walking downstairs and having so many restaurants available. Lots of shopping as well, and we were within a half hour of many of our stops. The apartment was clean and clutter free, lots of local information left for us. Not a whole lot of space to lounge on the couch if you like to watch TV at night, but we made do after everything around closed for the evening. Dog friendly. It did get pretty hot at night but they gave a standing fan to help circulate air from the window unit at the front of the apartment. You can’t close out much light between the hallway lights coming in over the front door, and the curtains being open for the AC Unit. Bring a sleep mask if you’re light sensitive. Overall the location made it worth it!
