Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

Beautiful and impeccable house! Jean Félix and Yohan are super responsive and super flexible for arrival and departure times! Small downside for the pool that had a start-up and cleaning problem, but we were still able to enjoy it! Beautiful geographical location to enjoy the quiet and the view of the mountains! Fits the description perfectly! Very well-equipped, very comfortable, very quiet and well-located accommodation on the outskirts of Ajaccio. We really fell in love with it and will be happy to come back. Helpful and very kind, Corinne and Eric are people with whom it was a pleasure to meet. I therefore highly recommend this aptly named "haven of peace".

a wonderful week with the family in a dream house, a superb swimming pool and a view, just extraordinary! Everything was perfect. The house is ideal, quiet and not overlooked. Close to the beaches of Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, and the mountains for hiking. Thank you for this all too short week.

A great stay in a very pleasant environment. The house is very functional with a very practical sleeping area with the children, the garden is great and the environment very quiet. In addition, Élodie and her spouse are very responsive! You can go there without so much as a second thought

Everything was great, the view and the outdoor area were our highlight. There were minor signs of wear in the house, which was not bad. Communication was great and quick👍🏼. Due to the good connection, you could also explore the area very well. All in all, a great place to stay. We'd love to come back.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

Superb secluded villa located off the main road from Porto Vecchio to Bonifacio, just outside Porto Vecchio with all its local facilities. The villa is nestled in a beautiful garden with a wonderful swimming pool: beautiful design and colour, and the views are stunning. The pool was heated during our stay late October which was very enjoyable and made our stay feels like it still was summer! The villa is as pictured, very comfortable and well equipped. It is perfectly located to explore southern Corsica (beaches and mountain) and visiting Bonifacio. The host was very welcoming and gave nice tips about the area. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. The house, the terrace, the pool, the garden…. simply WOW! Great, tastefully designed and lovingly furnished, we immediately felt comfortable and spent a wonderful week inside and outside. Nice large kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, jump into the refreshing pool after a day in Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio, on one of the great beaches or during one of our hikes…you can't get any better!!! Thanks to Franck's tips, we ate very deliciously, among other things, and we will definitely come back to this great area!

This house is the perfect place to soak up the sun! The beaches nearby are breathtakingly beautiful and the pool is lovely! The beds are good and the house has all the comforts. Definitely recommended!

I highly recommend. I had a great stay at this listing. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very well located, close to shops. The bed was comfortable and everything went very well from start to finish. The pool is really great as well as the view! The host was welcoming and available for any questions. Truly stunning location with wonderful views over the sea in 2 directions. The house is spacious and cool. We loved the beautiful swimming pool and garden areas and enjoyed seeing the sunset and the moon rising. We wjll miss the lovely breakfasts and BBQs on the balcony.. Christophe was very very helpful. He was extremely responsive if we had any questions and gave us some good advice and recommendations. Thank you for a lovely week! Jane

George’s place was absolutely fantastic! An amazing hidden gem, with outstanding views.. exactly the kind of place we love. Gladys was excellent and kindly met us late due to a delayed arrival of the ferry. We highly recommend George’s place and will definitely return.

We spent a very relaxing week at Jenny's who was a warm and discreet hostess. Everything was perfect. Jenny and her team did everything to make our vacation relaxing and easy, all in a luxurious setting but without unnecessary pretension. The house is large, tastefully furnished. Quality furniture and amenities. The garden and pool are beautiful. Unforgettable views and sunset. Thanks again for this dream week.

We had some difficulty finding the sheepfold, it only took a call for our host to quickly guide us to the house. The accommodation is clean, spacious and consistent with the photos. The environment is very quiet and the rental is great (close to Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio and less than 10 minutes from Figari airport). We had a pleasant stay.

Honestly, this villa is not a vacation, it's a movie. They arrived with suitcases, left with the palace syndrome. Turquoise pool, sunbeds worthy of a decor magazine. Breathtaking landscape (almost called for help ). So many rooms that we exchanged beds every night so as not to be jealous. Fully equipped kitchen? Yes, but did we cook there? No. Too busy playing the influencers by the pool. The host? Royal and exceptional welcome, thought she knows us better than our own family, smiling, kind, kind, pleasant... and so on ... We will return without hesitation to Karima and Gilles. ☺️ Thank them so much for an exceptional and unforgettable stay. In short, we were supposed to stay for 6 days, we tried to negotiate a 6-year lease. It didn't work.🤣 Thank you again, thank you very much. Guigui, Mani, mag ♥️
