Venez vous détendre dans un joli 2 pièces… « dans les BOIS ». Vous profiterez d'une très belle vue dégagée sur les montagnes, le lac d'Annecy et pourrez emprunter le sentier qui mène au bois ! Vous vous trouverez dans l'ancien garage de voitures anciennes de mon Papa transformé et entièrement refait à neuf. Situé sur une colline, il occupe la moitié d'une maisonnette, l’autre moitié se loue aussi « PROM'nons-nous ». Les détails créent le fil conducteur et offre une atmosphère élégante et unique.

Perfect for two people for summer or winter holidaying (there's enough space for a cot bed too). 10 minute drive or bus-ride to Annecy centre. The bus stop is within walking distance. The flat has its own entrance and is fully equipped for your stay in the beautiful Haute-Savoie. Parking opposite the studio. Apartment renovated in March 2024.

Venez profiter été comme hiver de notre belle maison d'architecte calme et lumineuse, avec piscine chauffée (ouverte du 01 juin au 15 septembre) à Annecy le vieux à 7 min du lac et à 30 min des pistes de ski. Une maison de famille pour 10 personnes, dans laquelle il fait bon vivre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle donne sur le jardin et offre une belle vue sur les montagnes autour d'Annecy.
