This Airbnb is an absolute gem. Everyone says it’s even better than the photos—and they’re right. The view is stunning, and the lake is literally just across the street. Parking is super easy and just a minute or two walk away. The place itself was a total surprise: spacious, spotless, full of light, and with everything you need. It’s clear the layout was thoughtfully opened up—feels like a high-end modern loft, but with a warm, eclectic interior. We instantly felt at home. Gabriele, Thamanja, and Andrea were incredible hosts: professional, super responsive, friendly, and helpful at every step. You can feel they really care. Porto Ceresio itself is a beautiful area with so much charm and nature to explore. We absolutely loved our time here and would come back in a heartbeat. Five stars aren’t enough—thank you for such a memorable stay!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

My partner and I were there for two days. To ensure us an extended visit, Stefano adjusted the check-in/out times so that we could enjoy the Airbnb a little longer. The location is fantastic and Monique is extremely friendly. Definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable in the small, well-appointed apartment. Especially the balcony with the magnificent view, the cozy furniture and the existing privacy was our highlight. What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! Luca’s place is great! The area around it is filled with cafes and restaurants- we highly recommend the biscotto gelato across the street! As the apartment faces the back, it is super quiet. The apartment was clean, and the bed/bedroom comfortable with blackout shades to help sleep. The shower is large (walk in), although we had a drainage issue on our last day. We informed Luca upon checkout, so hopefully it was just a temporary issue. Luca is very responsive, and was kind enough to let us check in early after 24 hours of travelling! Check out was quick, and instructions were clear. We were in Busto Arsizio for a sport competition, and I’m glad we chose Luca’s place!

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. Great location for a family. Centrally located and great view about. Washer was great and the outdoor space allowed us to dry our clothes quickly. It was nice for everyone to have space to spread out.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family.
