The lakefront, deck and private dock were so unbelievably serene and the view just gorgeous. From being there almost at the summer solstice with the sunrise happening and visible from the dock in the far left (NE) corner ditectly over the lake, it would just continue to swing to the right as it headed to winter and should be visible over the right side of rhe lake in the SE corner at winter solstice as well according to my calculations. Just the outdoors - the peacefulness, that view, the sunrise and all the boating equipment to enjoy might have been worth the price alone. So the interior was juat a bonus in my mind, but full of adorable and memorable features and fixtures that just made us feel transported to a simpler time and place where we felt free to make ourselves right at home 😊

The cottage was beautiful and has a great set up for whatever you have planned! Deck was perfect, and firepit was the best spot on the property, perfectly secluded to hang out and have a great bonfire!! just make sure you have bug spray, it is Tobermory and has alot of foliage around so make sure you are prepared! Had a phenomenal weekend would gladly go back if we're in the area again!

The place exceeded our expectations, the host was very friendly and always quick with responding. The cottage is super clean, contains all the necessary amenities and very clear instructions on how to use them. Very quiet and private location with beautiful backyard and access to the lake (be careful when descending to swim!). All in all, can't recommend the cottage highly enough - a perfect place to spend a few days to recharge. 5 out of 5!

Could be a little more flexible with check in, we requested only a fifteen minute earlier check in and couldn’t Very pretty setting well kept property and as usual Lake Huron does not disappoint! Very responsive host Overall a beautiful place, we are thinking about visiting in the winter if the unit is available! You’ll not be disappointed with this place!!!

The cottage is a prefect fit for our family. The location, on Lake Huron, made for lots of walking and exploring for our kids. The new deck is prefect for watching the sunset over the lake! Lake Huron Sunsets can not be beat! The kitchen is outfitted with fantastic amenities. This is our second time to this cottage and there have been some pleasant updates we were not expecting at all. Such a pleasure to rent from Keith. Highly recommend!
