The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

I stayed here with my children for a long-term remote work trip while exploring Ho Chi Minh City. The room was clean, affordable, and very convenient for both work and sightseeing. Since it’s located next to a hotel, it was easy to find, and Grab rides were always quick and accessible. There’s also a Michelin Guide-listed pho restaurant within walking distance, which was a great bonus. The host was extremely kind, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The room has Wi-Fi, which worked perfectly fine for general internet use. If you rely heavily on online meetings, the connection can be a bit unstable at times, so renting a pocket Wi-Fi might be a good idea for extra reliability - just one tip from me. Highly recommended for family and friends group with two bedrooms!

Great apartment walkable distance to restaurants , convenience stores and main attractions. Being located in District One means tours will pick you up out front which is super convenient. Host really responsive ; kindly gave us a late check out for a small fee.

There are restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores on the first floor, so it's convenient and the location is good. It's remodeled and clean, and the host communicates quickly and accurately. They also took care of the items I left behind at checkout and sent them to me, and they cooperated well. I want to use it again next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City.

We had an amazing stay. The location is perfect and the apartment is stunning—modern, new, and beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool is absolutely breathtaking and made the experience unforgettable. The value for what we paid was exceptional, and the individually controlled AC in each room was a great touch. The building felt very safe with strong security throughout. A couple things to note: this is a luxury residential building, and it’s unclear if Airbnb stays are officially allowed. It didn’t affect our experience, but something to consider if that matters to you. Also, there was a faint high-pitched beeping in the primary bedroom—earplugs helped. Despite those two small things, I would 100% stay here again. The home, amenities, and overall experience were top-tier.

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. For who smoke, the house have 2 outside smoking area, one place right outside the maindoor on the ground floor and bigger one on the

It was a clean and nice room to stay alone. Apart from the inconvenience of having to go up to the third floor and the hassle of using a narrow staircase shared washing machine, I was very satisfied. The host was also friendly. It was so nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions. I’d definitely recommend it and will stay here again!
