Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Đa Tốn

I stayed for nearly a month. place is not perfect, but very nice. I felt comfortable and safe. I loved neighborhood. everything you might need is close by, yet far enough not to get overwhelmed by happenings of old quater of Hanoi. generally I recommend. good value for money.

Wonderful apartment in a brand new and luxury residential complex eco park. The best building of all that is nearby. Near it there is a lake, a park, illuminated beautiful locations for relaxing and walking. There are also vegan 2 cafes, one buffet, and another chic restaurant nearby. There are buses to Hanoi, +-30-40 minutes. The residential complex is very luxurious and much better than the capital itself. The apartment is new, modern, well planned.

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances, and the living area was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transport, great restaurants, and interesting local attractions. I felt safe and welcomed in the area, and it was a pleasure to walk around and discover the neighborhood. Communication with the host was outstanding. They were prompt, friendly, and provided clear instruction for check-in, making the process smooth and stress-free.

His apartment is very neat and clean. Everything is exactly the same as in the pictures. The apartment is in a central location, close to the pedestrian street so there is a lot to do. Highly recommend.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a great location. The airconditioning was very effective and kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We were able to explore the Old Quarter easily, and there were plenty of great food and drink options nearby. Huy was a friendly and responsive host - he answered all our questions promptly and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again if we return to Hanoi!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Vu house is good fix for big group, like us, 8 people. Good location and privacy, and Vu always responds if you have any questions! We are all happy to stay in Vu Airbnb!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if it comes, I😆 will be able to check in more competent. Thank you.

Highly recommend this spot. The location is about as central as it gets, and the unit itself feels quite spacious and tucked away from the noise. It came with everything we needed, including Netflix, laundry, and filtered water. Tea and the team were very responsive, and had a great list of recommendations for the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

I booked this place for one night before I traveled to Phu Quoc and was very satisfied. I arrived late at night, there were clear check-in instructions and everything worked out great. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially in the evening when all the lights of the houses and cars could be seen. There was a washing machine on the balcony, and certainly a big plus for a longer stay. There were also mini markets and restaurants downstairs. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach.

The place is fully furnished, the host is enthusiastic and easy to communicate with.

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

I stayed there with my parents for 3 weeks for my holidays. It is a good place for long-term stay where is close to shopping mall 3 mins walk, good restaurants. It is very convenient to buy groceries shop such as k-market and win mart at downstairs. There has a small garden and I can do morning exercise. However, the place is not a tourist spot so if you plan for visit. As there are so many restaurants, the price are slightly expensive and rare to find the street food at surroundings. They supplied all the kitchen utensils inside the house which is very convenient to use and water bottle is ready when we first arrived. The bed room wall is a little bit dirty and it would be better if the host can improve it.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to a panoramic cityscape, lush greenery and a serene lake was truly refreshing. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and courteous. I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

The second time I came back was as good as the first time. This is a clean, high class apartment and close to the center, the host is very friendly.
