In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. You will stay in the former school of the small Eifel village of Seinsfeld. The previously used school hall has been converted into a cozy and lovingly furnished apartment for up to 4 people. In the apartment is a wood-burning stove, which can only be used in the cold months. The meadow of the former schoolyard is available for your use. In the immediate vicinity of the property there are numerous possibilities for extensive hiking and cycling tours.

Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.

Old rustic bakery in the middle of the Eifel, near the Luxembourg border. Beautifully furnished, with many modern and rustic accents. The old oven is beautifully staged and can even be fired up if required. You can charge your electric car for free in the spacious courtyard with plenty of parking spaces. 1 bedroom (bed 160), 1 single bed (80) and a comfortable sofa bed. The Backhaus offers space for up to four people.

Schönecken offers many opportunities to freely and diversely organize your free time.

The apartment was newly built in 2023. We mainly used natural building materials such as clay plaster and oak parquet flooring. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living area with a kitchen that is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, Senseo Switch coffee maker, microwave and many kitchen utensils.
