The apartment is on the ground floor (without threshold) with a separate entrance, private bathroom & kitchen. The idyllic Flühmatt farm is located at 850 meters above sea level nestled in the hilly landscape at the gateway to the Emmental. The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. In winter, the region is recommended for snowshoe tours or sledding fun. I look forward to your visit!

From the seating area outside in front of the apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the landscape/Pilatus. One parking space is available in front of the house. We are renting out a new, refurbished studio on the ground floor of our house in Sarmenstorf. It is situated in a small village in the countryside between Zurich and Lucerne. Nearby is a beautiful lake (Hallwilersee) and many other interesting sights. It is easily accessible by train / bus or by car (free parking available). There are shops situated in the village.
