A well equipped cosy 2-bedroom cottage with guesthouse at a quiet lakeside, 1 hour away from Landvetter Airport outside Gothenburg. Recently refurbished, preserving old charm and the ”cottage feeling”. Fantastic lake view over own pier. 10 min away by foot from large sandy beach, cycling distance to Erikson Cottage and 15 min by car from Isaberg ski and cycling facility. 20 min to nearest food store. Boat (fitting 4) and two seat kayak included. Possible to book cleaning, contact us for pricing.

Stor fritidsanläggning ISABERG ligger 12 km från stugan med massor av aktiviteter året om. Skidanläggning med lift, pulkabacke, vandringsleder, båt, kanot, lekplats etc. Inga husdjur tillåtna. In a rural environment, close to the nature, you find this house with fireplace/stove and Wood Sauna. Close to Ski Mountain Resort with lift, sledding hill, playground etc. No pets allowed.

Ta med hela familjen till detta hus. Närhet till skog och natur men även nära till utförsåkning på Isaberg Mountain Resort på vinterhalvåret. Ulricehamn ligger tre mil bort med Lassalyckans skidstadion. Isaberg har på sommaren mountain cykling, rodel och höghöjdsbana och en fantastisk lekplats och bad. Hjälmåleden samt kanotuthyrning 5-10 min bort. Finns även en ”spjälsäng ” och barnstol i huset. Torkrum med avfuktare. Uterum med värmepump eller kyla på sommaren. Grill mm.

Stuga med kök och badrum på första våning och sovrum/tv-rum på övervåning, med utsikt över sjön. Den ligger på tomten där vi bor, en familj på två vuxna, två barn och liten hund. På-landet-känsla med nära till skog och mark, promenad- och cykelstigar, bad och fiske i både Sämsjön och Åsunden. Flera mil med asfalterade cykelvägar även idealisk för rullskidor med start utanför dörren. Efter överenskommelse kan båt hyras. Självplock av äpplen under säsong.

In the garden, there are several patios with barbecue and comfortable furniture. It is also about 1 km to the lake for swimming. It takes about 5 minutes by bike.
