Reserved parking space is available for 1 car, plus additional free visitor parking on a 1st come basis. All bedding and soft furnishing are high quality, natural materials (pure cotton / wool) and anti-allergy where possible.

Well equipped studio. Plenty of space for 3 to relax after a day of sightseeing. Unwind in the spacious walk in shower. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden or the large patio ( with or without the goats!). Perhaps even a BBQ ( gas BBQ available on request). Pop over the village green to the pub. Cosy down and prepare for your next adventure watching satellite T.V or one of the many DVDs supplied. Cook a light meal or order a take away. Very peaceful location and very comfortable accommodation.

A charming, and beautiful cottage set within a courtyard in an idyllic ten acre woodland location. The cottage is every inch the beautiful setting for a romantic break away. The outside area of the cottage includes a raised platform & fire pit for your own use. Whilst it appears to be set in a remote rural location, it is in fact incredibly well-situated to be able to visit local attractions whilst being easily accessible from the main road: A1M . “A hidden gem definitely worth staying here!”

I stayed for 7 nights and both Susan and Roland were really welcoming. The room is very spacious with one of the most comfortable beds ive ever stayed in . Fridge stocked with milk and butter and bottled water and microwave and toaster came in handy. They were also kind enough to provide bread ,cereal and other snacks. Ensuite is really handy too. Would recommemd to anyone. Thanks again for your hospitality.

A very nice and clean home, that is modern and tastefully decorated. Everything that one may require for a stay. Helpful instructions given, may require a little bit more information. No shower in the main bathroom, but there is one in the ensuite. Could not access the parking to the rear of the property due to a locked gate to the block of houses. There was roadside parking opposite and the car was okay. Value for money 🏆

Ideal location for a family funeral. Hutton Henry is a gorgeous little village, quite central for access to a lot of places in the NE. The cottage was as described, beautifully decorated and very homely. Very quiet which I appreciated. Only downside was it was a shared space at the back of the property. Apart from that, it’s a lovely place to stay.

We had some minor issues, which could have been caused from the last occupancy BUT Phoenix and his team dealt with my calls and we went out for the day and on our return everything was done and we continued to enjoy our stay. PS need to put mirrors in the two bathrooms other than that, was all good.
