Beautiful villa Aisis is perfectly & quiet located in a safe area in the centre of Seminyak. The villa has a large inviting 14m pool and beautiful lush garden with lots of tropical flowers. The interior is tastefully decorated in traditional Bali / Colonial style, mixed with modern interior design items and Balinese Woodcarving details. There is an open Living area with comfortable relax lounge, kitchen and dining facing the pool. A second terras in front of the 2 bedrooms offers an inviting relax and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom with bathroom ensuite is located at the side of the living lounge, it also overlooks the pool. The Roof of the Open Living and 3rd Bedroom is finished with Hard Wooden Shingles, which gives the villa the 'feel' of a small Balinese village. Also the interior design, which is mixed with many Balinese handcrafted details make you really feel you are on 'the island of Bali'. It is on about a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach and few min walk to fashionable Oberoi Street, with many popular hip restaurants and chic boutiques. Also Jl Drupadi offers a couple of good restaurants and nice small boutiques. A Pool fence is available and can be set up on request for small additional cost. Private Indonesian dinner cooking can be ordered as well, (order 1 day in advance) It is very convenient and easy to take taxi's, they pass by very frequent. (On a 30 meter walk) The Location, Charms and Luxury of Villa Aisis and the friendly Balinese staff will assure you of a wonderful stay in Bali. The guests have access to the Entire Villa and have a private pool. There is a Parking in front of the property. We interconnect with the guests 24/7. Friendly staff, including maids, service man and night guard. I see my guests daily when I am in Bali. The villa is few minutes walk away from some of Seminyak and Bali's most highly regarded restaurants, bars, clubs and spas on Jl Oberoi—also known as ‘Eat Street’. Also Jl Drupadi offers good Spa’s and restaurants. Visit nearby beachfront club like Kudeta or club la Favela for an evening of lounging and dancing. Taxi's are abundant or we can organise a car with driver. Or you can hire a scooter. ( Do wear helmets! ) and put your bag in the storage compartment under your seat while driving. Be aware of bag snatchers. But dont leave valuables ‘in the storage’ when you park your bike. #Airport pickup will be organised. #Please dont leave any food out in the open kitchen/ living area, as cats can come in. #If you take taxi's, be sure to have small Rp notes, drivers often dont have change. And ask them to put the meter on. #Walking on the streets in Bali, please be aware of your bag, keep it on the ‘inside side’ of the street. #Incase you rent a motorbike, please keep your bag in the storage under the seat while driving. Never leave valuables under the bike seat though, when you leave your bike. Its easy to be opened. # When swimming on the beach, Be aware of the strong current. Dont underestimate. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door.
