Beautiful and cozy place and very responsive and accommodating host. Place is 30 mins drive from bar harbor and Acadia . The river down the house is an additional beauty in its own. The place had everything you need. The care the host took for arranging everything is really appreciated.

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

Highly recommend! Looks just like the photos, super clean, and had everything you could need! The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing & the sitting nook off the kitchen - amazing views of the water! Short walk to the downtown area. Host was super helpful with everything and responded very quickly! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s apartment! We travel to Portland every year and usually stay in hotels, but now with a 1-year-old in tow, we needed the extra space. His apartment was spacious, gorgeous, and meticulously clean. The location is centrally located and perfect, especially as it faces the water. My son loved watching the boats and seagulls in the harbor, and I enjoyed quiet mornings on the balcony while he napped. Perfect place for families. We will gladly return on our next trip to Portland!

Our stay at The Bee Keepers Cottage was amazing. The property met our needs perfectly and it was super cute and cozy. The host was very responsive and communicative. And for any star gazers out there, the sky on a clear night is mesmerizing.

Nancy is a very friendly and kind host. The place is very quiet and tidy. It’s very easy for us to drive to Acadia National Park.

Great place, great location and has a view of the water on one side of the apartment. Close to Portland and very convenient with a washer and dryer and parking. Comfortable place! Would definitely book again!

We have been going to this area of Maine for over fifty years. I found this gem several years ago and haven’t stayed anywhere since. I find it to be peaceful, walkable to the center via footbridge, it’s all that we want. Kathy is a great host, quickly responds to any questions or needs you may have. We always know we will have a great experience staying here.

We had such a good time! Lots of space, kid friendly, well equipped kitchen, beautiful location by the water. Host communication was great. Hope to stay again sometime!

Simply magical! Cozy and fun space. We enjoyed watching eagles and ospreys fish, seals pop their heads up, and even an adorable family of foxes from the comfort of the living room! Kitchen had all necessities for cooking most meals at home. A nice trail for walking down the road and an awesome beach where the kids threw stones and searched for seaglass each afternoon. We were all sad to leave!

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! By far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Superb location, beautiful river view in front and forest view (with trails) in back. Plenty of garden space to run around in with the kid(s). And only a 5-minute drive into quaint and charming Bath. The place itself was beautifully laid out, with so much space and comfort. Pip was always available, efficient and kind and to communicate with. Cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking respite in nature, comfort in home, and proximity to town.

What an amazing spot! My family and I enjoyed mornings on the dock, watching spectacular sunrises and daily sightings of bald eagles. The walk down to the dock was lined nicely with stone steps and once on the dock it was hard to leave. The three kayaks allowed us to explore the coastline and although the shoreline was rocky, we enjoyed a dip in the cool September waters. The house was perfectly decorated and equipped with everything and anything needed. Lisa was great to work with, quick to answer any questions and accommodating with requests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the sunrise each morning, priceless. The location was perfect, within minutes from a venue where we were attending a wedding and a few restaurants, although we hated to leave the house. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home that slept seven of us comfortably. If you're looking for a peaceful spot with stunning views, this place is perfect. We would love to visit again.

What an AMAZING stay! We loved staying at the lake house and enjoyed extra that came with it! The bed was comfortable, the rooms were all beautifully decorated and we both loved the hot tub! Although it rained almost the entire time we were able to enjoy the game room and the fire place. We have already told our friends and family how much of a great stay we had!

Beautiful place on the water, clean, spacious & great for everyone.

Unit was very clean, situated in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to many of Portland's best bars, restaurants and attractions. Host was communicative and provided clear guidance on check-in/-out procedures and offered up suggestions to local attractions. On my recommended list - dinner at Twelve (one of the best restaurants in the US, IMHO); on-site food truck tacos washed down with a Hazy IPA at Bellflower or Austin Street Brewery; an everything bagel with lox & morning latte at Forage; the East Promenade for a food truck lunch, then a stroll along the waterfront trail to the port area for an ice cream cone at Gorgeous gelato; afternoon coffee at Double Great Coffee; and a post-dinner whiskey @ Independence Ice. Only downside on my visit was the upstairs neighbor. Dude clearly isn't a principal dancer in the Portland Ballet, as light on his feet wouldn't describe him. Not a stereo or TV issue - you can just hear the noise from him walking (8AM-10PM when there)

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! Everything about the cabin was well thought out. We loved having a fire and looking at the stars from the dock! Mark and Laurie were fantastic, friendly hosts and made us feel right at home. We would love to come back someday!

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
