We had a wonderful stay at this remote Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The property was impeccably clean, and the charming decor added to the overall cozy atmosphere. What truly made this stay special was the host. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, offering valuable local tips and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference. We were two families with three children and really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully renovated villa with lots of loving details! We particularly liked the many beautiful outdoor seating groups, which alternately lie in the shade and in the sun depending on the time of day and the pool that can be heated on request and thus reached a very pleasant temperature even in average weather. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the owner had provided a huge package of food and drink upon our arrival that we have never experienced in an accommodation. Communication was very quick and always very friendly at all times. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a quiet house with many retreats in a very authentic environment in Crete!

Great spot as a base for exploring the area, right on the edge of the small village Melidoni. It was a bit of an adventure finding the place as the online map sent me to the other side of the village, but a couple of very friendly villagers know Antonis and got him immediately on the phone to let him know I'm on my way (after making me a Greek coffee and feeding me sweets). The place itself is very quiet with a fun layout and great views from every aspect. Coffee on the balcony looking at the mountains covered in snow. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Antonis very helpful with suggestions for exploring, and attentive to anything I might need or want. Fantastic Cretan experience :)

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful place. We travelled as a family (4 adults and 2 kids) and the place was certainly big enough. The house, garden and pool are as shown in the pictures and the description fits reality. The house is located in a very quiet area with great views on the mountains and on the sea (25 min. car ride away). Closest supermarket that is especially also opened on Sundays is about 15-20 min. by car away in Perama. We loved to take a refreshing swim in the pool. And we also used the barbecue and stone oven for pizza baking several times. We handeled everything as self-caterer but there is as well the option available to order a breakfast or dinner. As a great add-on they recently equipped the garden with a whirlpool (heated) - e.g. very comfortable during the few rainy days. Overall, we spent an amzing vacation at Valia’s place and Anastasia supported us a lot with everything - we do highly recommend a stay at this place!
