Large apartment located both in a quiet area and in the city center. On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a large dormitory room composed of two 140 x 190 beds, an armchair (convertible into a single bed) and a baby bed. A piano accompanies this room.
