This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Our house, located in the heart of Perche, is of typical Percheron architecture and dates from the end of the 19th century. Recently renovated, it is very bright and full of charm with its stone walls and exposed beams. Located in the center of the village, we still enjoy an unobstructed view of an orchard. Very tall, it is organized on 3 levels and has a small garden with swimming pool and barbecue as well as an inner courtyard.
