Vaisselle et l’électroménager nécessaire. Télé et jeux de société à disposition. Deux chambres séparées avec salles de bains indépendantes sont équipées de serviettes, sèche-cheveux. Parking. Situé à 2 minutes à pied d’un grand parc avec lacs et 3,5 km du centre de Chartres et proximité A11, N154.

L''autoroute A11 se situe à 10min sortie Illiers-combray : n° 3.1 A proximité (3kms à Bailleau le Pin) se trouvent tous commerces ( supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie... etc) Le linge de lit et les serviettes de toilette sont fournis. Equipped kitchen. Baby crib/chair upon request. Sofa bed in the living room. Very quiet environment on the edge of the forest. Animal lovers will be able to meet horses, cats and chickens! Perfect for a stopover on the Chemin de St Jacques or cyclists following the Véloscénie!

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
