Peaceful weekend getaway. Location could not be more convenient- near the train, the river, and right on Main Street with access to so many great things to do. The place itself was lovely and the host provided fantastic recommendations in the area. Would love to come back for another visit.

Sonia was a fantastic host, she immediately took care of any questions you may have had. She responded to any text quickly. The place was completely clean and in a good area of town. Walking distance to local park. Not a long drive to get gas or go to a store for whatever you may have needed!! 👏😊

Charles’ apartment was on a beautiful property in a serene neighborhood! We encountered some unique wildlife, which was a highlight of our trip! The inside of the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Charles was responsive and kind and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet summer getaway!

We just returned from our trip to NY… we were there for our granddaughter’s graduation . The space was very clean and spacious. While there was an awesome book of local suggestions, we didn’t utilize it as we had many family events to attend. The kitchen was clean and well stocked . Refrigerator had some water and creamers available. The bathroom had a large, accessible shower with multiple grab bars . There was also shampoos and soaps to utilize. Lots of closet space and shelves for clothes, etc. The path to the apartment was well marked and lit . Don was very responsive and flexible (we were running late do to traffic and he assured us could check in any time). I had contacted Don and Claudia prior to our trip as I am allergic to fragrances and they assured me they utilized fragrance free detergents and cleaning supplies, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again when in the area visiting our family in Brewster.

Melinda was a great host – very kind, responsive and helpful via text. The apartment is a lovely, immaculate retreat in a quiet neighborhood. Stay instructions were very clear, the bed was very comfortable and the restaurants/area sites recommendations were appreciated. The unit is on two floors which might make a difference to some people. Would definitely stay here again!

Val’s place was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. It was beautiful, inside and outside, and perfect for our family. My 2 year old was cutting teeth all night and I couldn’t have imagined a more comfortable place for us to muddle through outside our home. We even had a family “camp out” in the lovely living room in front of the fireplace. The instructions were perfectly clear with helpful visuals. I would recommend Val’s place to anyone needing to stay in the area or looking for a cozy retreat.

Pamela’s home felt like home away from home. This place has all you would need for your restful stay with lots to of close things to do and great places to eat. We loved her home for all the privacy, comfort and quite neighborhood it’s always nice. We woke up ro birds chirping every morning. Private parking was a must for my family and her place provided it. We will calm her home our CT home when we need to go back and visit. Thank you for all your hospitality. Until next time.

Better than the pictures! We got snowed in here on a Saturday storm and it was the most relaxing snow day I’ve ever had. So beautiful and clean! We will definitely be back!

The overall cost was a bit pricey, but the responsiveness of Lavish & Live and being downtown and included parking made the price more reasonable. I would book again.

We had a wonderful experience! We traveled to New Haven for a concert. It was only a 15 minute drive from the home. The Airbnb had everything we needed such as extra towels, snacks, and even a homemade candle, which smells lovely. Ryan was quick to respond and made sure we had everything. I would book with them again.

The place was great for our group! Super close walk to the boardwalk in the Pines. Jaime was really nice and there’s a gorgeous hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

I had a great time staying here. A lovely and quiet retreat. Douglas and his family were very friendly and responsive to any needs I had. The place was tidy and clean and the grounds around the house were beautiful! Will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at John’s Airbnb in Newburgh! From the moment we arrived, John’s warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident. The place itself was spotless, and incredibly cozy—truly a home away from home. Every little detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful local recommendations, showed the care John puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests, and it made our trip even more special. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and taking in the stunning view of the Hudson River. I can’t recommend John and his Airbnb enough! We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Newburgh. Thank you, John, for creating such a wonderful space and for being such a fantastic host!

We had a great week staying at cove park apartment. Damien was a great host, the house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. We loved being able to walk to Cove Island Park with the kids. We felt very comfortable and would love to stay here again!

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨

Melissa was an amazing host from the minute we booked the reservation. Her home was beautiful and provided a sense of peace. The binder with local activities as well as restaurants was extremely helpful and although it rained our whole weekend we didn't mind because the hot tub area was so nice. Will definitely be back again!

Brittany is an incredibly kind and responsive host. Everything in her place is pristine and lovely, making for very comfortable accommodation! From an easy check-in to a great location for enjoying all the local activities and restaurants, it’s a great choice. I do wish I’d taken the very few reviews that mentioned street noise more seriously because one of my family members is a very light sleeper and had an extremely hard time with the constant traffic that doesn’t really end at any point in the night or early morning, and the beeping at the crosswalk (we think that was just a temporary issue given no pedestrians were crossing most of the time). The noise machine and ear plugs that Brittany thoughtfully provides didn’t help them, unfortunately.
