This place is ideal for relaxing, strolling in an exceptional garden with century-old oaks and visiting the Region.

No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest. In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Nestled in the hollow of a river, in the Perche, near hiking trails and castles, our cottage is ideal for a relaxing weekend: after visiting the region by bike, on foot or by car, you can relax in the spa, enjoy "light therapy" to the sound of soft music, contemplate nature. Then comfortably seated on the terrace at sunset or on the sofa in front of the Norvegian stove, taste the Perche products with family or friends.

Le Fournil de Bussard (Bussard Bakery)

Old bakery recently renovated, this small cottage of character is located in a quiet and green environment, on a cereal farm, near a pond and the farmhouse. This accommodation for two people can accommodate two additional people ("BZ" sofa bed on the ground floor). The cottage consists of a 30 m2 living room with its equipped kitchen, and on the first floor a bedroom with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with toilet.

Located in the countryside, this place offers you a peaceful oasis. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV… When you arrive your rooms are ready, beds made with towels for your comfort.
