The house is located in a beautiful fully enclosed garden, outbuildings and a large courtyard for outdoor dining and barbecue. At your disposal: Ping Pong table, heated jacuzzi (except from late November to March), bicycles and... Many activities: forest walk, golf, ball trap, etc. Cooking workshop upon request. Less than 30 km from Chartres and 5 km from Courville-sur-Eure train station (Paris-Montparnasse line), you are here in the heart of nature, conducive to calm and rest.
