Stay was great, we got in early and was able to check in early, it was hot and she brought us out waters and kemon water while we waited!

Lovely place, lovely neighborhood for a little night stroll or daytime. Beautiful landscaping in the backyard truly a tropical oasis. Very thoughtful hosts that leave you good snacks in the times you need something most. Comfy beds and bedding.

This was hands down the best and most beautiful home I have ever stayed in and I travel to Florida a lot! It was clean, the hosts literally thought of everything to make the guests feel comfortable and it was so peaceful. The hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. We loved the outdoor shower right off the main bedroom, and the entire home was so spacious! So clean! So worth the money! The hosts know what they are doing. The outdoor areas are heaven and perfectly outfitted with the most comfortable outdoor furniture! We did not want to leave! The inside was tastefully and beautifully decorated to make you never want to leave. Absolutely amazing! Please take care of the home if you’re lucky enough to stay there! We will be back next year! Tyler’s place was very comfortable and affordable. Its location right in the heart of Dania Beach made it easily accessible to both Ft. Lauderdale and Hollywood. There plenty to do entertainment wise within a five minute drive from the apartment. I’d definitely rent from Tyler again.

Olga was amazing and super responsive and accommodating. The location is fantastic. The beds were inanely comfortable. We would definitely rent here again. We have a one year old and the location was fantastic. Great restaurants close by and close to the airport Thanks Olga for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful unit! Every single detail was covered. I enjoyed the location and walked every morning. Close to shopping, a park, the airport, the Casino, and not far from the beach. Of course the heated pool was my favorite. The pool was clean and the grilling area and seating/lounging perfect for relaxing. Beautiful landscaping! My expectations were far exceeded and I look forward to going back soon!

Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful setting just steps from the beach, this is the perfect spot for you. The room was clean—some things could use a bit of updating, but overall, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. My only real concern was the lack of phone communication. I really wish the host or cohost had answered at least once. It seems they prefer to communicate solely through the app.

the place was exactly what I needed, beach within walking distance and kim has everything, beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler, etc. Wish the pool would have been open, seems like it has been closed for a while, and found this out after I booked. Not a big deal to me since I wanted to spend most of my time at the beach. I would book again and would recommend booking Kim's place for a quick getaway.

It was a beautiful place! It was spotless, and I loved the little extras (games, snacks, toiletries) provided. We didn’t go for Miami, but we did go some and it was a little drive (40-60 mins depending on traffic) so keep that in mind if you’re mainly going for Miami. Otherwise, there are endless restaurants and beaches/parks you can go to nearby. I would definitely recommend!

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

Great spot close to the airport. All one room, but plenty of space for two. It also comes with a designated outdoor patio. Bathroom is on par with most I’ve stayed in size wise, but was very clean along with being updated recently. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe, and was still close to the beach.

I just love this place. Been here with my wife for the third time this year alone. Feels like home mixed with the joy of vacations!

This was my second time staying in this apartment. and definitely not my last! it is an absolutely fantastic place - very clean, perfectly located, and offering a priceless view from the balcony. the host, Adlene, is super helpful and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience both times I stayed here. Everything about this apartment makes it feel like a home away from home. I would like to return, and without a doubt, this is the only apartment I'll be staying in wheneve I visit.

Oscar place was well maintained and good for family as well. The house is also situated in a calm neighbourhood that is an added bonus. I recommend his place to others.

The perfect place to stay! 15 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 30 minutes away from downtown Miami. The home is clean and everything matches the photos. The kitchen is newly renovated and the living room is spacious. The neighbourhood is also peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever visit the area. A+ hosting as well.

This place is really fantastic. It's in a great location near the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. It has a wonderful view facing north and you can see a bit of the ocean. It's a pretty new building and you can really tell. Everything is spotless. I like to walk for exercise and this is a block from the boardwalk where you can go miles at a time.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !
