Holiday rentals with a patio in Dania Beach

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Marvin’s Airbnb was fantastic! The space was spotless and exactly as described. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply whenever we had a question. All the listed amenities were available and in great condition. I had absolutely no issues during my stay and would definitely love to come back in the future.

Mike and Leah were exceptional hosts, and their home provided a stunning, tranquil environment for our stay. Having experienced numerous Airbnb accommodations, I can confidently say that this one ranks at the very top. We chose this house to celebrate our marriage, and the decision proved to be perfect. The property was impeccably clean, and the hosts offered straightforward instructions for accessing the home and parking garage, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Throughout our visit, we had no reason to raise any complaints, which speaks volumes about the quality of our stay. When we encountered a minor mechanical issue, Mike and Leah responded promptly, explaining that it would be addressed after our departure, which we appreciated. Overall, both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we are grateful to Mike and Leah for providing such a memorable experience in sunny South Florida. Thank you for everything!

Great spot too get away from the crowds after enjoying the hard rock all day. I hope it is available next time we are down.

The home was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It smelled clean as soon as we walked in. I loved the kitchen utensils and appliances. There were very minor things that needed to be taken care of, but I would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay and I felt like at home. It was really quiet and peaceful. It was super clean. I will definitely go back

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay but the ladies were very kind, understanding, responsive and gracious and I hope to be able to stay sometime soon!

We've stayed in several Airbnb's and this is by far one of our favorites. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for the stay. The yard was perfect and the kids enjoyed every minute of being there. The beach was just a short drive with lots of great restaurants in the area. Evelin was always very responsive with any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again when in the area if it was available.

Jessica’s place was clean and spacious. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Love the rain head shower. Jessica was quick to respond to our questions.

I was launching a brand event and needed a place to stay. I booked last minute and Michael was so accommodating. Beautiful place and not to mention how comfortable the beds were. Everything was described and he was always available. Highly recommend

Beautiful place, super clean, modern and fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect location, quiet and safe. 100% recommended, on future trips to Miami I would definitely stay here with my family again. Robert is super attentive to everything, clear instructions and friendly.

Had a great stay! Very private for being a duplex, we enjoyed hanging out at the house before going around town. You’re close to so many great places. The floors felt very clean and the shower pressure is strong, the warmth doesn’t last forever though, be mindful.

Stayed almost 2 weeks and we loved this cute cottage! It is so close to everything we needed and even though it’s on a bit busier street (from Alaska so everything is a bit busier) it was very quiet. All instructions from check in to garbage day to laundry day to check out day were laid out perfectly. All the rooms had air conditioning and the living/dining area were very comfortable to hang out in. The price, location and hosts make this place even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

Salil and Neha were amazing hosts! Very kind and courteous from the moment I booked their space. We ended up extending our trip an extra night and they were so accommodating and let us stay. Very responsive and professional. The unit is beautiful and in a great location - would definitely return!!

We loved our stay with Gaby! The room was just what we needed for our vacation. This is my second time staying in one of Gaby’s homes and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The water was always hot and the bed was extremely comfortable.
