It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Enjoy at spacious outdoor place in rustic green environment, within walking distance of a large thermal complex and a golf course. This open-space appartment is entirely on the same level (including the shower in the bathroom); the passages between the individual parts are easy to pass also for disabled people. It shares a large yard and the garden with another apartment. Available are a grill and bicycles for wandering along the picturesque cycling trails in the area. Pets are wellcome.

The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

V sklopu nastanitve lahko igrate tenis, okolica pa je priljubljena za igranje golfa, kolesarjenja in pohodništva, za izlete po Prekmurju ter seveda neomejeno plavanje in čofotanje v bazenih v bližnjih Termah 3000. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

This special place has a unique style. The cottage under the shell has wooden structures, clay and lime plasters. Its walls are of straw and represent good thermal insulation. This natural construction allows all who step under its deck to relive the magical past of Prekmurje and approach the traditions that have been preserved over the centuries. The cottage is located on the bank in the village of Ropoča, in the Municipality of Rogašovci.
