The set consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & 4 toilets (including 1 separate), a jacuzzi area, a gym, a pool table, and a dining area + xxl barbecue in the garden. 5 min drive to all shops, and 45 min to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.
